Jango preview in Themforest not working! Is this template still supported?

Ive always had problems updating this template, also not satisfied with the support you provided with the paid template! Now you are asking for new support payment. I need a working updated template to current version as i’m employing a Drupal developer to implement a working stable site.

Is this theme compatible with Drupal 9.3+ ??

It keeps crashing my site plus some of the required modules don’t have a stable release yet for D9. I’m not at all happy as it’s been over a week now and I still cannot use the theme on my D9 site, which just been updated to 9.4 by the way.

I see I’m not the only one having issues with D9. Is there an update coming?

Hi, we’re trying to install the jango theme in Drupal 8/9 and it doesn’t seem to be compatible.

We have purchased the theme, but some (not all) issues we’re seeing: 1. template.php is empty 2. Six Custom modules are not D8 compatible. 3. Some CSS / JS files seem to be missing in theme

Do you have a separate download zip for D8 and the default download only has the D7 files?

According to the purchase of the Jango 1.7.2 Template which is attached in .zip format that was downloaded from the platform, it is reported that the attached source files of some modules were corrupted, for example in the Drupal 9 version where tb_megamenu module image appears files in 0 KB.

In addition, when importing the version of Drupal 9 at the level of the md-slider module, it generates a Jquery error, we attach the image with the error.

This theme is not working on my site. It crashes my Drupal 9 site when I try to upload to the theme folder. I have found another theme that works right out of the box and I would like a refund for this purchase. Thank you.

Hi there, Just purchased your theme a couple of hours ago and trying to complete the install for drupal 9.3. I expected the install to be a breeze but not so. Is this compatible with 9.3.? I followed the directions provided in the drupal 8 package as directed from the drupal 9. The main issue is some of the modules are no compatible with drupal 9.3. See below for snippet of the errors.

The theme is not working for Drupa 9 installation. Could not upload images using shortcodes as no media shows up to select and the mega slider is a mess up.

Tried using full import using php version 8.1.

Please advise.

I was trying to use your template for existing new drupal bitnami 9.3.12 websites and failed.

I have uploaded the modules, and themes and enabled the styling.

But, it isn’t reflected on the site. it was showing like a raw text page in the browser.

Is it hard to use for existing new drupal sites? please advise me.

I am using 9.3 Drupal, and installed drupal using bitnami. I just want update the default thems and modules using your themes and modules.

But, I am getting a lot of issues and am unable to enable the NikaDevs Visual Shortcodes and Jango theme Shortcodes modules.

Can i use the bitnami default databases or should I import your jango9_release databases.

The supported documentation is for Drupal 8 and out of dated. Would you please give me helpful documentation to install it.

I also installed the theme with 9.3, the frontend looks okayish, didn’t died too deep in it.The backend for mega slider is broken, can’t edit the slider at all since the javascript is broken. I get this error:Uncaught TypeError: $(...).sortable is not a function…
