Hello, I want to change our design with new template demo but your demo is different from your demo.
I want to use https://codex-themes.com/thegem/sites/agency-media/ but i install demo from themepanel but is different. Our demo has different header. Logo is left side and menu styles are different (hover menu) in addition, I want to use changeable text in feature slider area. Your text change as loop but my text is static.

I’ve been running the Gem theme for nearly two years now and until recently it hasn’t had any problem downloading updates. However, it no longer works; each time I try to install the latest updates, I receive a failure notice even though the Welcome tab tells me the purchase code is valid. How do we get this fixed?

Hi guys, just one question before I buy my 3rd license of your theme, a detail but very important for me! The countdown shows all in English although the website is set to German. I cant use this as long as I cannot translate “days – hours – minutes and so on”. I already tried with the pot file. So the question is, can this be translated without any other plugin? I do not wsnt to install i.e. WPML for this because the website will be just in one language, which is German. Thanks in advance!!!

Hi, one license is valid for one live website. So if you have multiple installations on multiple subdomains it is the case of multiple licenses.

Hello GDPR Cookie feature is great but I think it lacks one aspect. Consent log. In Italy consent must be traceable. This means you have to log all choices from evey single user. (What cookie categories he allowed or not (functional,preference,tracking,profiling), when he accepted (date and time), from what Ip, and subsequent changes in preferences either. Will this be implemented in the future?

Hi guys, I have already sent an email to you via a support page and have not received a response. It seems that if you have not renewed support, that you don’t even get support for errors that have occured due to bugs in updates. I do not need help from you on how to do something. I need you to fix a bug error that has been caused by your update 5.4.0. Previous to this update, the theme was working fine.
I am currently using The Gem version 5.4.0 and I’m trying to update to 5.4.1. Everytime I do, it says that my purchase code verification has failed and that I need to activate The Gem. So I click the link to activate the gem and it takes me to The Gem Dashboard, where low and behold, there is my activated gem account with purchase code and a text that reads “Thank you, your purchase code is valid. TheGem has been activated.”
So if my account is activated, why can I not update to the new version? This problem is also affecting being able to use blocks/elementor/features within The Gem that I have previously been able to use.
I can understand you needing to charge for support if someone is asking how to build a page or a post using your tools, but you should offer free support for bugs and errors caused by you.

Hi guys, I have just checked all my spam and I haven’t received any reply from you guys. Could you possibly send it again? I have deleted the theme from the website (I don’t use it and it was never a live site.) The same issue is still happening on my live site though. I went through and checked all my old sites (all inactive) and the theme was not on any others. Any ideas what I can do next?

I have a question about title templates. I use Yoast SEO for my site and it’s work perfectly with my content but now I have a concern about the title template, on all my templates I have the yoast seo options. Are the titles created in the template builder indexed? it seems that by default yes? How should I manage this for the seo of my site? Do I have to fill in information in my title templates? Or simply in the articles and categories where I use my titles?
Now, if a visitor enter the url of title template, can he see the title only ? or ?

Hi,
Title templates are private, so they are not visible for search engines and are not being indexed. Once activated for some post/page it becomes visible as a part of the page. You don’t need to add anything to the template, all the meta tags will work from the page settings.
Looks to be no ability with your theme to upload a Google Maps API key when using the Google Maps element? A map embed won’t load as result.
Also, look to be no ability to change the header tag on a subtitle on title section of any page? The title look to display as h1 by default which is fine. Ability to edit the subheading to be h2 or h3 or h4 etc would be welcome.

Thanks for a great theme! Is there a limit to the time you are supplied updates for? I’ve had the theme installed on a site for years and updates running without problem, but now all of a sudden I get the error message that the purchase code verification failed (This message: An error occurred while updating TheGem (WPBakery): Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem).
In the settings where I filled in the purchase code it shows that it is valid.

I have a valid TheGem theme license but I can’t update the TheGem Blocks plugin. It says “Update failed: Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem”
The theme is already activated. My support has expired but this doesn’t mean that things have to break right away. Please let me know how to get the plugin to update.
