We purchased this theme years ago and our support expired. It is asking us to add a license for the plugin WPBakery Visual Composer which was included in the theme we purchased.
How can we update this plugin without purchasing a license? as this was included in the initial offering.

The theme is up to date but the plugin is still not. Reading online we found this:
How to update and receive support if I do not purchase a direct license?
In such case, you need to wait for your WordPress theme author to update WPBakery Page Builder on their side and push it to you. Also, support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.
So i guess its up to you to fix this?

Yes, when a plugin is updated, we will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.
If you wish to install the new version of plugin manually, you can submit a ticket at our Help Centre, or contact us through this email, and include your purchase code in the email, and we will send you the new version of plugin.

Hi, we purchased the theme a couple of years ago, and our support is expired. Recently, our page crashes when we try to edit it. We updated to the latest version of the theme and we no longer have the crashes, but there is also “mkd” codes everywhere that appears on the website. How can we fix this and update the theme without the code in the frontend?

Hi I went to update the site. and WP-baker is not working. It says I need to update. so I downloaded newest theme. the plugin was not in the folder. so I went into documentation and wp-baker purchase so I could put the purchase code in but its blank. so I deactivated and removed it to see if the instal will show in the header like other themes. but it doesn’t show up. so I installed and replace theme and it still doesn’t show up. so I went to log into your support site. says It has not been verified. So I tried to make another account says I am already registered, I tried to do lost password and it says there is no account. so I search ed email under your site name and I found all the receipts zip files no verify email. no way to verify again. I am kinda on a stand still unless you can send me a link to download a new version of wp-baker
I found a way to manually add wp baker from a back up but when I go to edit page wp baker editor is still not showing up.

Hi I clicked on your link. It I am not getting a different result. you can see I have been buying your themes for years and years. So I registered a long time ago. so I am not sure why it keeps saying that it is waiting for me to verify my email. You can read more about the registration/deregistration here, so in order to be able to install the theme on your localhost, you will need to deregister it from live domain. That being said, you can deregister theme via Help Center as well.
Once you have finished with your local installation you can migrate the site and register it on live domain.

I tried translating the mikado Core plugin however there is no load more button label there. In libero it is not there either. There was also a “search” button in the sidebar. But I eventually found her. And this text could not be found anywhere to translate it((((
