Hi,
WPBakery Page Builder and Layer Slider plugins are unable to update and requesting for purchase/activation (they originally came with the theme).
I see my theme support has expired. If I renew support, would I be able to automatically update the plugins?

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code. You do not have to extend support period as updates are lifetime.

When I try to update the LayerSlider plugin, however, I get the message
“An error occurred while updating Layer Slider: License activation is required to receive updates.”
I’m I doing something wrong?
PS: My installation is registered with a proper purchase code.
Layer Slider requires plugin deactivation before its update. Therefore, please deactivate it, update and then activate again.

Hi Guys, even after updating the theme our layer slider plugin is still v 6.8.4. Our security notification is showing this as a vulnerability and should be updated to the latest version. Any ideas on when this will be updated on the theme?

I noticed, Although the Installed version is 6.8.4 and the Available version is 7.2.1, but when i try to update it I get a “The plugin is at the latest version.” message.

Hello, we want to showcase all your demos so our clients can choose one to be used but we would like to host the demos ourselves. Is there an easy way to install all the demos on 1 wordpress installation? Is it simply importing directly into wordpress? And does the images come with when importing the demo content? thank you.

as you probably noticed, each prebuilt website has its own WP installation because each has own settings/features. So, if you want to host them yourselves, you need to import each demo separately onto its individual wp installation. The images comes with prebuilt websites of course so it always looks exactly the same as on our splash page.

No, you can use single license and put each prebuilt website under different subdomain or subfolder of the main domain.

Hi! I’m working on localhost. Side cart it’s not updating correctly and don’t show real prices after add to cart a item. You need to force refresh page to show correctly. This it’s wrong in betheme sidecart because other sidecart plugins works great. Can you check this for fix it?

you can create product brands using Custom Variations. If you look at the BeStore, at the bottom, you will see the section with brands (logos). You can click on any and will take you to the page with products of that specific brand.
