Hi, I have purchased this theme and like the demo version, but am unable to import the demo version. It sits on 0% for ten minutes. What do I do?

I can’t reach the support. It says purchase code is not matched (https://nimb.ws/m1vrOG). I have checked several times. And the theme also has many issues like I can’t import the demo fully (it’s stopping after 30-32% and showing completed/imported. I have followed their documentation). also the Footer isn’t customizable with elementor. Totally waste of time and money _
