I have purchased this theme in 2020 and had registered against a site however I now need to transfer the license to another site. I have deregistered the site on your link https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/ however I am not able to now use the purchase code on the new site. I am also unable to raise a support ticket as it says my support has expired which I do understand however I should still be able to use the license for life time on atleast one site. Please help!

I have a question about the background image on WPBakery. I’m worried because when I upload a picture inside a row as a background image, my html look like this :

It is normal? I’m worried about my SEO, because the url of the picture not appear on my html. When I use your template builder for my title, I have something like that :

Looks like more SEO friendly.

Can you tell me if there is an direct impact on the SEO ? Can you recommend the good practice for background image ?

Hello, I just want to know I am using the gem theme since 3 years, Support period is expired now, want to Purchase item support, What is the price for that.

​When I view the site on desktop, its all fine. When I look at the site with the mobile the header logo is cut un half by the menus background. As soon as I scroll down it looks correct.

Can you advise how to fix this? I’d like to log a ticket but I am not paying money again when the product is faulty.

Hello I bought this theme and have been using it since January 18, 2021. However, a few days ago when I wanted to update the theme, it asked me for an activation code. When I enter the activation code, I get the warning “Invalid purchase code: No sale belonging to the current user found with that code”. What should I do please help.

The theme I purchased has been deactivated. For the solution of this, I have been in correspondence with you and the company that made the theme for about 10 days. However, I still haven’t made any progress. The website is still not opening. Since the last update, I have a problem regarding the activation of TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery) plugin:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’?’ in /home/*/www/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements/inc/heading-animation/index.php on line 66

The ”??” Seems to be a problem, as our php version is 5.6.40.

Could you find a solution to make it compatible with older versions of PHP!
