Also after updating the theme. Pages with revolution slider have a empty white block at the right side which disappears after scrolling or after a couple of seconds. Seen this on two different sites which both use this theme.

I am using the latest version of your theme and when I have an SEO plugin active (either Rankmath or Yoast SEO), the WooCommerce login error messages (wrong password etc) don’t show for my customers. I have tested this with a default theme and it works fine with SEO active. Is this a known issue – can anything be done?

For license registration issue you shouldn’t have to use the license registration number.
If you still see the “license number” field, make sure you are using the License registration issue category, and if you still have issue with it try the pre-sale question category.

I am getting critical error notices whenever I try and add a post or add a page. And there are problems with the way it’s built. It appears to still be built on the old Visual Composer and did not automatically transfer to WP Bakery. Is there a way to update this without having to rebuild every single page?

We are using the WPbakery page builder 6.9.0 and you shouldn’t get any errors.
Make sure you updated the theme and plugins.

I am using The Fox theme and WP Bakery 6.9.0. But the site is still on the old visual composer while using The Fox theme. It didn’t automatically update to Wp Bakery.
Hello there, I’ve upgraded my website with Fox theme to the last version of WordPress 5.9. After the upgrade I have a strange issue. I mean, when I load my full width website homepage, the theme is shown as a boxed layout and some rows are disabled. When I resize the browser window (even a little bit resize) the layout turn right, so in the full width view. This issue is shown in each browser (so it’s not a browser issue). Anyone can help me to fix it?

We recommend you to disable the custom plugins and clear the cache.
If you still have issue after this, try to downgrade to php 7.4.
