Hello, Cannot submit a ticket in the support page because this theme is not listed there. Two questions: 1) did a major upgrade from an older version to the most recent and the menu in the wordpress backoffice to edit the theme is gone. how can I have it back? 2) The main color for the site has change and I am unable to find the right place to corret, please help.

Hello, I noticed that this theme hasn’t been updated since March 2024, and as of today (July 16, 2025), that’s well over a year without any updates. I’m not sure if the theme has been abandoned, but the lack of regular maintenance is concerning… especially since several bundled plugins are now outdated by multiple versions, which poses both security and functionality risks.
If the theme is still actively supported, I strongly urge you to release an update as soon as possible. This experience makes me hesitant to consider any of your other products if this level of support is the standard. Regular updates are essential for long-term viability, especially in professional projects.

Recently it’s not possible to update js_composer without receiving the error: “Automatically updates for the plugin are available to the clients with a valid support period – you can renew it [here]”.
Not sure why this has started happening. Is there an issue with the license on your side?

Just an ordinary individual who is looking to buy and adapt this theme. No specialist knowledge. Does the coming soon page act like a holding page whilst I customise my site? Also I read a lot about having to buy additional plugins, is the theme workable with the regular license just plug and play for a novice? Thank you in advance.

There is no coming soon page in the theme by default. However, you can try to add a coming soon page with the help of extra free plugins. This is a simple theme and comes with its own pre-built plugins, there is no need to use extra plugins if you will use only the theme’s default settings and options

The PHP 8 integration for the themes is not a quick task. At the moment, we are simply not able to properly answer your question, as the priority of the PHP 8 integration for the theme doesn’t include a high priority for us. Some fixes and improvements are taking more time than expected. Unfortunately, we can’t provide an exact release date.

It’s a year later now and the PHP 8 deprecation notices are still present. PHP 7.4 has been EOL since November last year. For a paid theme (which is still available to purchase), with paid support, you really should make an effort to make it compatible with a current release of PHP. To say “it’s not a priority for us” says to me “we don’t care about supporting our current products”

WordPress 6.3 raised PHP 8.0 and 8.1 to compatible with exceptions (from the page you linked to).
We are testing the theme with these exceptions. PHP 7.4 remains stable and is still the minimum recommended version by WordPress. Updates will be released once it is changed to 8.0.
For hosting companies we recommend:

PHP 8.1 PHP 8.2

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin can be updated only after the theme update. License code for WPBakery Page Builder is not included. However, you can use them freely or activate your personal license (if you have one) to get plugin updates. This is the Envato policy, also authors of these plugins do not allow any theme developer to provide Purchase Code for third-party plugins.

We are using this theme for a couple of years and it all worked great. But all of a sudden Testimonial slider stopped working correctly. Images are no longer shown on the homepage using testimonial slider – they are showing fine on the individual testimonial posts. We are running WP 5.9.3 and theme version 2.7…. and have STM Post Type plugin turned on … (I upgraded from 2.6 to 2.7 after this issue was discovered and turned plugin on, but images are still not showing on the homepage)

Please kindly note that we tested the theme with WP 5.9, 5.9.1, 5.9.2, 5.9.3 versions and since everything worked as it should there was no need to release a compatibility update for the theme.
