Hola, he comprado 2 licencias en diferentes años (2020 y 2021) del tema “The Gem” que permite 3 activaciones, sin embargo cuando entro en el License Manager, me aparecen las mismas 3 activaciones con ambas licencias, esto no puede ser, tendría que tener 6. No es justo tener que comprar soporte extra por esto y que no haya a quién acudir.

I have realised that the development installation of my project (a site copy) was avoiding the update of the last theme version in my production site so I have derigistered all of the theme but now I can not activate the theme in my production site. This is the message I got:

Buenas tardes. Tengo la licencia activada en el tema tal y como se indica en la propia web con este mensaje: “Gracias, tu código de compra es válido. TheGem ha sido activado.” Y el botón celeste aparece con la palabra “Activado”. Pero cuando intento actualizar los plugins específicos del tema como “TheGem Blocks”, “TheGem Theme Elements” me sale este error y no se actualiza “Ha ocurrido un error al actualizar TheGem Blocks: Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem” Le doy al Activar y me sale que ya está activo. No se qué puedo hacer.
