Support system on the website isn’t working. It redirects to Zendesk and Zendesk is saying the help center no longer exists. Please advise on how to contact Porto support.

It seems that you have Imported the Demo with any other page builder and using the other page builder now or edited with it…

Please note that if you Import the Demo with Elementor Page Builder then you can only edit and use it with Elementor Page Builder, and so on for other page builders as well, using other page builder might destroy the site.

So please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Content and Remove Content from there: https://postimg.cc/qh594wH0

And then try to Import the Demo again by following the video: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/

Hello. How can I change the background and text colour of the mobile menu? The main menu on a browser shows a nice white background and blue text but the mobile is black background and blue or white text.

I’ve been trying to contact support since following installation guide and not getting the result shown in the tutorial. After registering at the https://www.portotheme.com/support/ website I’ve been redirected to zendesk.de website. I am stuck with a ton of portotheme related addons installed and the website being messed up!

I just purchased the theme and performed the wizard to upload the construction demo but the slider did not upload. Getting the message : Slider with alias demo-construction not found. Tried to open a ticket but getting a support not available so posting the issue here. Thx

Yes, you are right, there is some issue with Importing Engine and the slider is not importing, so I’ll forward this to the development department for testing it in deep and fix it with the upcoming update of the theme, so please be patience and for now, you can use Porto Studio and Import any other Banner Slider with it on your site and change the images and content as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/CBYT3Gdv

I just recently bought your porto Wordpress theme, i have install and setup my demo content for customisation of my website. i used the IT Services demo template. I have been having difficulty getting to change my footer layout to full width, The setting Theme Options > General > Footer Wrapper > set to Full. but won’t change. Please i need your help in resolving this.

i have sent a screenshoot. Also the website is currently on my local computer xampp server.

i haven’t gotten your feedback. where do i send the screenshoot

Why “Porto Product Category” block in WP-Bakery is not showing the actual title rather it shows “Selected Products”. I am sharing the video which shows the problem.

I have set the title as “Laptop” and turned on “Show Sub Category Filter” but rather than showing “Laptop” it shows “Selected Products”

As I told and showed in the video, If the title is hidden it still shows the Correct heading for me when I turned OFF the display none CSS, so the issue is on your site and we have to debug, please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

I removed the display:none css code but then it shows Slider Title, Sort By and still the slider title is not clickable so if I move from one category to another it will not let me navigate back to the parent category.

thank you for this great plugin. For my website (https://kbg-kochschule.de), I am using the Demo No. 33. I have a question regarding the mobile menu – right now, if I click on the mobile menu icon, the mobile menu appears as a side bar on the left side. Is it possible to make it appear on the right side instead? That would definitely be more intuitive to most users.

Hi,

On individual pages I have the option to select a banner type and set the banner position. As my header is transparent I need to set the Banner Position to “Behide Header”. Which works great.

However for Woocommerce Single Product, Category and Tag pages, Even if I use the Page Layouts tool. There no option for me to set the Banner Position to “Behide Header”. Or I can’t find it.

Please help me or guide me. It’s urgent. Thank you.

Is there no global “View Options”? That would makes things easier for Single Product, Category and Tag pages. But at the moment my issue is sorted. :)

Hello, do I need to purchase a license for wpbakery separately or do you update to the newest version along the theme? I bought the theme and it was on the latest version, but now it asks me to buy a license so I can update it

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.

And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
