You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.
And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

When you edit Shop 19 Demo home page you will find an element named “Porto One Page Category” right and there is no option in the element set to change/set the categories as per your requirements, It will take/show all the Products Categories that you have into Products >> Categories, so in order to add new Category you have to create a Product Category into Products >> Categories and it will automatically show on your homepage using Porto One Page Category element.
And on your site, the categories have not shown the products and I think it is because you have not selected/set the products for the particular categories, so please go to products >> category and set the products for particular category and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

If you want to change the name or Icon from the left sticky menu you have to go to Product >> Categories and edit the particular Category you will find the Icon and name of the Category so you have to change the name of the category and icon from there and save changes then the menu icon and name will also change please see this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kl2s5g

No this is not possible, you can not show the different layout for posts on blog page.
And you can use the Yoast SEO plugin, it is compaitable with our theme.

Its already 4 month or more maybe that I use porto theme, and my experience with porto is holly shit.
1 month you were trying to open an account for me because I have a lot of bugs on my site, then finally you did that, but the account was with the wrong email, not in this account which I buy porto theme, dont know why, but as I didnt have time so I started use with that mail.
Then you answer to my questions within 3 days, but when you answer I didnt get the answer of my question, I get for example ‘‘give us your account details’’ answer nonetheless I give it already on my message.♀️
Now dont know why the support account doesnt work the link which they give me I cant open.
So please dear support advise me what can I do, how can we solve this problem. I am writing already my 2nd bad review.

Actually, this is not true at all, we didn’t take a month in creating a simple account for anyone, and also we did not reply to any ticket after 3 days, except if you created the ticket late Saturday night and the other day is the weekend a Sunday and on Monday we replied those tickets…

Maybe you can help here – all custom fonts are gone on all Porto related sites that I maintain. According to the changelog this should be fixed in the latest version, but it’s still not working in the latest version. How can I get custom fonts back?
