the websites you mention, only one has the license active, moreover, two of the above are sandbox type developments, as you will obviously notice in the web addresses, the demos were never downloaded from the import tool, you have complaints for everyone sides in your forum on the same topic, now I’m not saying that you can’t work without the demo (if it weren’t for that problem, it would look like a very good theme, one of the best), but they don’t give what they offer, I use more themes from theme forest, and none have the problem that your theme has, you should put in the characteristic of your theme “the demos are not imported most of the time, and we do not feel like solving it”

Hi, I like the effect, can show regular lightbox only on mobiles and mophbox on bigger screens?

currently not by option but with a filter inside a child theme functions.php which checks for mobiles and then switches the box. But as a note, this is a real device check in this case, means a desktop will not relfect the change when the browser window is sized down to mobile size, it only works with real devices.

Hello, I have a few licenses of this theme but I have an old one that I have no support left. The issue is that I migrated the web to a new server (all accounts) and now it says the license is for ANOTHER server, si I can’t do some things with that site.

Is there a way to solve this without having to pay for support or I am done with it?

My demo content will not import. Under Total Progress I have 5 green done and zero red Not Done and yet no pages or portfolios load. I have installed hundreds of WP Themes and have not run into this problem. PHP “XML” and “fileinfo” extension are active. Is the theme not compatible with WP6?

I did a complete new install and got it to “import” demo #27. Total Progress was at 618% Post Pages was at 0% Media Items was at 828/131 or 632%. Can I just get the XML file and use WP Import instead?

How to remove get in touch content block from particular page?

when editing the page, please check Brooklyn Metapanel below the editor. It has a tab for managing the footer and contact section – this is where you can deactivate the content block or assign a different one.

The template has many problems:

1. Loading speed is terrible 2. Stores a lot of cache even with optimization plugins 3. Not displaying backend changes correctly in Safari

4. Due to the structure, it is necessary to make modifications to .ini files, otherwise the content cannot be “decoded”.

5. It is not well optimized for SEO

For a “pretty” page it’s fine but not for performance. Where can I request my refund?

for performance issues please use a cache plugin as we recommend on this article: https://knowledgebase.unitedthemes.com/docs/improve-loading-speed/ – the final result needs to be tested in a private tab after the cache is generated. Otherwise the improvements are not taking effect since the cache is not avtivated for logged in users.

If a change does not reflect in a browser, the browser has an outdated cache and you have to make a hard refresh or clear the browser cache in order to see the change.

Modification to the php.ini or htaccess are nothing special and at least they do not harm the server or the site itself. So there is no downside.

Brooklyn has a lot of base SEO but a final optimization should always rely on a plugin, because if it would rely on the theme itself – switching a theme would cause serious issues with your SEO – but if its managed by a plugin you don’t have to worry. Thats why we recommend Yoast.

you can deactivate it in Theme Options > Portfolio > Single Portfolio > Activate Portfolio Navigation?

This is also the place where you can change the link mentioned, just in case.

you have to use the “Quote Rotator 2” Module in this case. Note that this modulle is a content module and not available on inner columns only regular columns which are direct childs of rows.

seems siteground hosting had also some additional hosting caching, turned it off now and purged so good now

Results can only been seen, when the cache is generated and you are not logged in as an admin. Testing in a private tab is recommended here.

How do I change the colour of the button in the header?

Also change the colour of the line under the main header sections. Think it’s blue as default on demo 42

the button colors are defined in Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation and then scroll down to the header module settings, this is where you can edit all aspects of the button.

for the section titles underline color check Typography > Sections.

about #1 there is an option for the separator in Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation and then scroll down to the Navigation Style Settings.

And for a fixed header check Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation > Header Scroll Behaviour and set it to fixed and starts floating on scroll.
