I have a question about this theme, which I have purchased. But I had a feeling you won’t answer because you’ll want me to purchase another support renewal. However, the price is $17.63 when I’m not logged in, then when I log in the discount isn’t there anymore and the cost is $41.13. No offence, but money is tight and I’d rather pay $17.63 to ask one question than pay $41.13.

Is it possible to alter the portfolio listing? For example add the Jetpack slider, so one image is shown, but there’s several images you can slide through, rather than display all images on the page.

2) We don’t know if the theme fully supports the RTL, but some sites were done with RTL from our clients and they haven’t had any problems.

Hello again, I realized that since I updated the theme the portfolio is not working as before, I see the title of all the portfolio pages and before it was not displayed and when I try to edit the portfolio items I don’t see the WPBakery Page Builder layout, just the classic mode (in the normal pages is working properly).

Hi, I’ve purchased a new licence in order to get support, but your system doesn’t recognise this fact. I’ve tried registering an account with you, but my password isn’t recognised. It’s all very frustrating and time consuming so leaving a comment is my only hope. I’ve noticed today the portfolio on my website isn’t showing – www.bluezebracreative.com. I’ve tried to figure out why, but I can’t figure it out, everything appears as it should. The option for the portfolio in WP is there, but no thumbnails appear. I don’t know how long this has been the case, but it something must have happened within the past month or two. That was the last time I added something to my portfolio and it worked back then. I really hope you can help.
