Hello, I like your theme and bought it. is it possible to hide attributes in ajax filters that don’t apply to selected categories or other selected attributes? So that the customer can see matching attributes for every selection in his product filter.

it doesn’t work on your demo either. Once I choose a category. For example ‘Sockets, & Wrenches’ I see 5 products. The filter remains the same. I can choose all brands for example Makita or I can set the price at 1200$. This while the 5 products do not meet this requirement at all.
The content (products) in the shop page must also automatically adjust in the product filter. Now people can select attributes that don’t apply to the content results (shop page).

It has removed the recommended plugins message, but not the required plugins message. I’m still seeing the message below. Why does the theme ‘require’ the one click demo import (I’m done with that now) and safe SVG – shouldn’t these be optional?

Safe SVG is required, and one click is required only for demo import, but this is very important one so i can’t move it into recommended, this plugin won’t cost you any server resource, it is super lightweight and works only on import
I’m just curious – why safe SVG is a required plugin? If I don’t plan to upload images in SVG format?
Because icons are svgs, don’t you use SVG icons?
Please can you tell me how/why this theme requires the ‘regenerate thumbnails’ plugin? What does it use it for?
After import you need to regenerate thumbnail images, as not to overload the import process, images are imported with original sizes, without all the cropped versions
Then, does it need to remain activated? I have a website with several thousand products, and this plugin appears to have generated several versions of each image I upload automatically and saved them in the uploads directory – is that right? My website is ballooning because of it I believe.
Regenerate plugin does not do anything extra – it just creates the cropped versions of images with sizes specified in the media options and theme or plugin extra sizes. Your shop also use the cropped image versions

is there any way to display icons without the allow_url_fopen being enabled?
(i never had issues with displaying icons on any website before, is there any workaround, my hosting provider doesnt allow allow_url_fopen)
Hi, icons are loaded as SVG files, you never had issues with icon display as you never had a theme that offers direct SVG icon use – suck a cool and useful feature. Allow_url_fopen won’t create any issues for you with SVG icons. So I don’t see any reason why your hosting provider doesn’t allow to use it.
ok, so it’s a cool feature based on what you said. but my hosting provider doesnt allow it. there’s nothing i can do about that unfortunately.
the main reason being that it can be exploited to allow remote access to server
is there another way that i can have the icons loaded?? is there a work around??
Well, easier to change the host, i will need to re-create each and any element that has icon support to make it with other logic, based on css mask

After moving my domain to another better host, the theme is still slow to load. I have a problem with products list from the 3rd row: you cant’t click on them, the functions break no mather if is set to infinite load, pagination or changing the products per page. Hi I have bought the Equipo theme. I have trouble with the product attribute, brand, on CSV product import. I use the default csv importer from the Products menu.
The attribute, brand, gets imported, and shows up in the Attribute tab. Both Name and Value is imported as text values. This makes the brand attribute filter on the frontside not working.
If I manually add the brand attribute to a product, I get a select dropdown list to select the brand. Then the brand attribute filter works on the frontside.
I have 500+ products and growing. So I need this to work on CSV import. I have search the web for answers, but still without luck. Can you please help me to find a solution?

Hi, Thank you for answer. Sorry for not mention, in my first post, that variation swatches plugin is active and brand attribute is set to image type. In my CSV file I have columns for the attribute, Attribute 1 name = brand, and Attribute 1 value = Makita. Also the columns is mapped to correct fields Attribute name and Attribute value(s). Still not working. Any other tips?

Hi, icon based elements support only SVG. Make sure the allow_url_fopen PHP setting is active on your php.ini
For any string translation use loco translate plugin, configure theme and addon plugin language files

I wanna add an html <label> to both the left-hand “categories” filter, and the inside of the search bar where it says “search for a product”.
You can check it for yourself if you run the website through achecker.
Why do you need to add label? You will need to change the code in the backend

You can wrap the label around it
I wrapped the label around it like this:

in line 6819 of shortcodes.php , but i still get the error, and i cannot see the label tag when i view page source.
