Hello,
I have been using the theme with The Events Calendar suite of plugins for over a year. Recently, I no longer am able to see the content on the pages in the community events admin area. I switched to the Twenty Two theme and everything is displayed, but not with the ConferPress theme. Can you please assist urgently?

I would like to purchase your theme but I would like to know if I can use it for my project. I want to build an events management website where users can submit events on the frontend for a daily fixed fee.
Example: One user wants to submit an event that will last for 3 days, I want to charge the usr 1$ for each day the event will last (making it 3$ in total for 3 days).
Also I want to know if the theme has an events management stand alone system built within or it work only with external plugins like (the events calendar and eventon) for the purpose of my project (described above).
Do I need to add (buy) extra plugins in order to make my desired website? and what would be the total cost if so?

I don’t have a tech support request. I bought your theme and want to know if there is an update for the theme and why it is not updated and available for download in themeforest.like every other theme. I cannot understand what you mean by the version number is not important. It seems you are clearly not following the convention and this is a red flag to anyone buying your theme. The theme version available is from one year ago. Can you clarify why it is so and confirm (if you may) that the theme is end of life so I can uninstall it and trash it.
The theme is working great with many new customers and many website we do for my clients. We will update the theme to pack latest version of plugins soon. Thank you
Re: “Hi, now it’s 2.7.2, you can download to use”. But the issue is the same up till now. Your changelog says it is at 2.7.3 but only 2.7.1 is there to download. There are already several comments pointing out this issue of the same old version 2.7.1 not being changed under the download. Can you resolve this, please? There are too many issues with the old theme @2.7.1. Kindly upload 2.7.3 or later under the download.

Hi, there is nothing to check. I am saying that under “my downloads” section in themeforest, the available file for download is not updated. I.e. it is at older version 2.7.1 (nearly one year ago) while your changelog suggest the most recent update is 2.7.3. Seems like you didn’t read the comments before replying.
The number is not important. 2.7.3 change came from plugins update, not only theme css file version. You can contact our tech supporters if you have any question. Thank you
Hello, Do you plan on releasing an update on this theme. Will you still work on this theme in the future? I want to set it up for my website and i would like to know what are your plans for this theme. I had some problems in the past with developers that stoped updating themes. For example wordpress 6 was released.

The MOBILE version of my client’s site has an issue where the header covers the top of the events calendar and makes dates un-clickable. Is there a setting to set a specific mobile header so it can be adjusted?

Hi leafcolor, I have purchased in may 2021, and requested an update of old vulnerable plugins. now when i download 2.7.2 (still have 5 months extended support licence) is in fact still 2.7.1 the only change is in stle.css is updated version Version: 2.7.1 Tested up to: 5.7 not only one line of code has changed !!!! included a new sample file conferpress-eventOn-events.xml and the js_composer plugin updated to 06.07.2021 – ver 6.7.0 does a 2.7.2 version really exists ?

if i remember, conferpress 2.7 included an old not updated revolution slider plugin that was vulnerable. seems to have been removed from conferpress ? . when i download i still get v2.7.1 while changelog state it should 2.7.2

Can different authors add their own events? And is it possible to make placement for them paid? How is this theme monetized in general if I do not sell my events, but am only an advertising platform?
