Usually, this issue appears due to a lack of memory, deactivate all 3d party plugins and try importing again. If it won’t help, we recommend increasing memory_limit to 256M, max_upload_size to 50M, and max_execution_time to 300, ask your hoster to increase these values for PHP.

We are plugin developers, and one of our plugins (MarketKing) has an issue with displaying the [products] shortcode while Impreza is active.
We are finding the issue goes away when the ‘Upsolution Core’ plugin is deactivated. After a quick search, I found there are other reports of similar issues: https://forums.envato.com/t/woocommerce-products-short-code-is-rendering-as-a-text-with-impreza-theme/407919
Is this something you’re familiar with, do you have a possible solution, or at least can you give us more information about why this happens, so we can look for a solution?

At the moment it’s possbile to enable WooCommerce related shortcodes in the Impreza > Theme Options > Advanced, just switch off the “Disable extra features of WPBakery Page Builder”

Since iOS 10 video autoplay policies were changed, so on iPhones with iOS 10 background videos will play automatically if they don’t have a sound (and some other criteria described in this article). Since iPad OS 13 background video plays automatically on iPads by default.

At the moment Impreza theme doesn’t provide the feature of switching grid layouts while browsing the page. Please create a feature request on the Support Portal, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates.
As for the product page layout, you can implement it the way you want by creating a relevant Content Template.

I’m currently using the Impreza theme. On one of my pages, I use the popup (modal) element and it contains an embedded iframe YouTube video. When I add ?autoplay=1 to the iframe src url, I get a weird bug: the video autoplays as expected when I open the modal popup, but when I close the modal popup, the audio replays (even though the modal popup and video are no longer open/visible). Any thoughts on what the issue might be and how to resolve it?

I was also going to put in a separate feature request with possible solution, so will include that here, too, in case it’s of interest.
The ultimate objective is to have the YouTube video autoplay when the popup opens. With the current code that works on Firefox (via the autoplay=1 parameter on the video embed URL) but, for example, not on Chrome.
I found a script that uses the YouTube API to play the video when visible, and that appears to be working with the popup on all desktop browsers and also Android devices (but not iOS). It would be fantastic if this functionality could one day be incorporated into the popup feature.
Here’s the script that’s working for me (cross browser/device except on iOS, where the user still has to press play on the video):

A comment in the code states that it only works with one video, but I’ve tried it when there’s multiple popup triggers on a page (each with a different video in the popup), and it works just fine.

I have a valid IMPREZZA License. I am working on my site but from time to time I need to check how a DEMO works to add that design way to my site. I realized that alive DEMO doesn’t allow to import a DEMO. Only if we activate the license. I wonder if I can do it with my valid license without any inconvenient. But importing a DEMO would be very useful. Thank you

We designed the Theme in a way that Demo import only works with an active license. You can still copy sections from Live Demos, but copying the entire demo site requires an activated license.
Note that you can also use the activation for the development site, which also allows using Demo import.

Hi, thanks for the swift response. The thing is, your suggestions are already in place. What I am trying to tell you is that your last update broke this setting. If you look at our site, you’ll see that the 1st column setting does NOT have the “Reverse order for columns stacking” selected, but the 2nd one does. The 3rd column does NOT have it selected, but the 4th one does. So it’s all the way it should be, yet, the moment the screen width drops below 900 px, those settings are not respected. This leads us to believe that it’s not an error on our end, but that a bug crept in in your last update. If you could kindly investigate and revert, that’d be hugely appreciated. The theme otherwise is the best we’ve ever used, keep up the great work! Thanks, J.
