Hello, I’m thinking about buying the theme but I still have a few questions:
- is the WPBakery Page Builder included or is it only supported and I would have to buy it additionally? I would like to build it completely with the WP Bakery Builder.
- I have no programming knowledge – Style and CSS changeable via Coustomizer?
- Up to PHP 8.2 compatible?
- Is it possible to create a HOMEPAGE without scrolling down? E.g. only an image over the whole screen and with buttons (e.g. like this start page: www.ukphotographie.de)
- Is it possible to display much less information in the footer area? (like www.ukphotographie.de)

I purchased the “Batiment” Theme yesterday. I followed the steps outlined in your documentation, successfully importing both “Batiment.zip” and “Batiment-child.zip”. I also installed the required plugins. Afterward, I clicked on “Import demo data” and it completed successfully. However, upon visiting the site, I noticed that only the header and slider are displaying correctly. The rest of the page content, not just on the home page but on all pages, is not appearing as expected.
Additionally, I noticed that there is a “demo-data.zip” file in the download, but I didn’t use it as I’m not sure how.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I purchased this theme to save time on creating the site, but I’ve been facing this issue since yesterday.

I just logged into your website then found you used two plugins one starter templates and another one guten blocks. Starter templates one always block content import for other builders. I just reset demo data and imported demo data for you.

second purchase but this time for woocommerce, trouble is submenu 2 levels dont work properly in the menu they get merged, would be nice to have option too to switch to mega menu may be?

You used the purchase code before that’s why it’s not working. You have deactivate the purchase code from the old website. If you will face any issue try to share your purchase code – I will reset it for you. thanks
