Dear UX Themes,
When managing our Woocommerce website using the Flatsome theme, I noted that the theme may automatically create a folder called ’/featured_item’ which contains links to some dummy flatsome items like ‘flatsome-poster-print’,
*What steps can we take to delete the folder called ’/featured_item’ and all its links/pages within?
Here are some examples of Flatsome themed sites which may have this issue described above:

“featured_item” is not a folder. It’s the default Portfolio slug. It looks like you imported the Portfolio demo content. You can remove them from the Portfolio section on the left sidebar of the WordPress admin panel.
Thanks for the reply. I did as you instructed and managed to remove the ‘items’ or ‘content’ within the Portfolio. However the page: https://www.domain.extension/featured_item/ still exists, what steps can I take to delete this page?
That’s the main portfolio page. You can disable the Portfolio element globally in Flatsome>Advanced>Portfolio or change the slug by assigning a custom page in Flatsome>Theme Options>Portfolio->Custom Portfolio Page. Do not forget to update permalinks in Settings>Permalinks if you change the portfolio (featured_item) slug.
Hello, How to modify the ‘Search’ and ‘My account’ icons? It is easy to modify the ‘Basket’ icon but I can’t find for the others please.
Support has expired but I will purchase a new Flatsome License. I can buy it before you give me an answer if it is necessary.

Hello, I have an issue with the Map feature. The Google API has been activated and I can see the Google Map properly displayed when I am logged as an admin with the rich text editor interface, but if I am not logged in the edition of the page, if I see the page as a simple visitor the Google Map is hidden. Have you any idea of the issue? Can you help me to solve this? Thanks for this wonderful theme.

Greetings, I am working on a client site and having a little problem. Video background on Banners do not stop playing (does not pause) when scroll out of view. Even when you are on another tab, the video keep playing.
This becomes problematic when the video has sound. Anyway to fix this?

All your tickets were answered, but your mail server rejected them with the message below. Could you check your spam folder? You can contact your hosting provider if you can’t see them there. Maybe they can add support@uxthemes.com to the allowlist.

Hello, thanks a lot for your response. I did not receive all the ones you sent. This is strange because there is no email from my SPAM folder. Also I did received very well the emails from Envato and also all the emails from the other themes I bought on the Envato site. I don’t understand why I don’t receive yours. Is is possible to use another email address?
Our official support email address is support@uxthemes.com and we use Google Business SMTP server. Actually, our emails shouldn’t be dropped into the spam folder but it looks like your mail provider blacklisted our email address. So, if you can contact them, they can mark it as an allowed email address.

Those features are controlled by WooCommerce. You will need to use a 3rd party plugin. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.
Team requesting your help on one weird issue that is coming up for Instagram feed. I have successfully connected my Instagram account however, it is only fetching the old posts nothing coming beyond March 22 please help i tried everything reconnecting account and cleared cache website as well as from advanced option and used transient method too.

While I have raised a ticket I am able to isolate the issues as it is only unable to show the video reels from Instagram photos are syncing properly but not the video reels. Is it supported ? if yes is there a setting for this.

My logo on my website serena.ca is broken after the latest flatsome update. When entering dev tools, I see that the “src” attribute has “274” for the logo img as a value – not sure if that is correct. Please help!!!

Please check if there is a flatsome-child/template-parts/header/partials/element-logo.php file that overrides the parent theme file and update it if exists.
