Oh…I’m surprised, I mean, Dreamweaver isn’t just any editor,I just don’t understand why it crashes, its never happened before, hence my question… I haven’t even added content to your template yet, just changed the menu a bit … Any idea? And by the way do any of the editors you refer to, offer a way to manage sites and view the results as you go or are they just plain editing tools ?
DW is indeed a professional editor, but you’re probably pushing it too far by expecting to execute code at runtime. The render engine of DW isn’t as powerful as normal browsers and it doesn’t surprise me that it crashes, especially on Mac where Adobe Software is less reliable. As I suggested before, turn off the Live Preview and test the page inside a browser or consider using an alternative editor like Sublime Text which is also free.
yep, same here DNS70…. now I can’t do anything at all. Just tried to delete some text in source code and it crashes automatically –

I’m really sorry, but I can’t do anything for the behavior of DreamWeaver. The whole site was developed with WebStorm and tested in all major browsers. All I can do is suggesting you to avoid executing the code directly in DW or consider using less intensive editors. There are endless choices and most of them are even free.
Hi, ... have the same problem as Ysmaen1. Dreamweaver CS5 crashes under Mac OS 10.6.8.
I can open it in Design View, it crashes when switching to the code and both.
Is CS5 too old and bad in using CSS3?

It’s probably too much to render for it at once. Either avoid using Live View or consider using an alternative editor, like Sublime Text.
Hi, template looks really cool, but why does it keep crashing in Dreamweaver CS5, I have to tiptoe to make changes. I saw you mentioned in a previous thread you shouldn’t work in live view (why is that by the way, i’ve not had issues with other DW sites?) – Still, just clicking around my source page trying to make changes crashes it, so i have to save like every 5 minutes not to loose changes how can i sort this ? thanks!
Dreamweaver is notoriously heavy especially if you’re using Live View. You might consider to use an alternative editor like Sublime Text. It’s very unlikely that simple code might crash an editor unless it’s being executed at runtime.
just a little one:) im new with this.. do i need to customice evry page like menus etc.. i see only changes in actual page ( at the code).when i adding as example a new project.. or is there a way to overwrite the whole?
You can copy the opaque class over the wide one. This way you can apply the changes globally. I recommend you to insert these changes into a custom stylesheet.

Love the template….. but having a little problem with getting the contact page to come in.. I select contact and the current page details disappear but just leaves the background images http://www.flipbookuniverse.com/fbuniverse/

It seems like you altered the structure of the contact page. I can see it loads the page, but doesn’t parse the content since it cannot find it in the DOM . If you’d like to hide some content from the contact page do it through a custom stylesheet.

The html pages from this template crash Dreamweaver CS5 on multiple computers, thus I haven’t been able to edit yet. I don’t know if there’s any line of code causing this problem.
Keep sure you don’t have life preview enabled and you don’t execute the code inside the editor. You have to debug it into the browser.
I am submitting this comment like fourth time and it does not show in the list. I don’t why is this happening but it is starting to piss me off.
The music is not working in Firefox 16.0.2 and Opera. It only works in Chrome and ie. Please reply fast, I have a deadline here.

The latest version works flawlessly on FF 17 and Opera. Download it from your Dashboard. Keep sure to have Flash installed for those browsers, they don’t support mp3 files natively.
layout problem in Android 2.3.4 (4” screen) – when in landscape mode, menu is placed too low so submenu items of ‘About’ are cut off. also, there’s no way to stop the music on the bottom – instead of play/pause there’s some tiny half-circle which does nothing to touch. (Flash is installed and is on). overall, great work!
If you click on the circle it stops/plays flawlessly. You can easily disable the music or remove it completely. Audio.js has some problem rendering the play state properly on Android.
It renders fine on my Galaxy S3 with no issues, though I cannot test every single device and it seems your version is also a bit out of date.

Dreamweaver should be ok as long you don’t have built-in scripts that change the core of the template. If you’d like to change the graphics of it I suggest to work with a custom stylesheet.
Can anyone tell me how to change the color of the blue buttons on the Works page? I have looked tirelessly at the CSS and foundations, but still cannot change the color. Any help would be appreciate – Thanks
As I told you previously you just have to change the class of your buttons to see it with another color, here’s the documentation of foundation with all available classes: http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/f2/buttons.php
If you want to style it differently create your own class, like this:<a href="#" class="purple button">Button Text</a>And in the custom stylesheet color it like this:

Remove the .logo a from the selector, save and minify the file by adding a min suffix like the existing one. It should skip the logo as well now.
