Additionally, a 414 Request-URI Too Long error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Dear Author, I have bought your tour package theme years ago. Now I installed on my website (tibetexperience.com) and the license is not working. I remember I used this theme on website (tibetraveline.com) at first time, but it is no longer in use for years. Now, I am putting the license in the website (tibetexperience.com) and it is not working. Could you please check the license (actually not used for any websites currently) or refresh. I really hope I can use the theme functionally as a buyer. Thank you so much in advance.

Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with new PHP version Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Yes, updating via ftp is fine 
Please save the theme option once after you update the theme as well.

This may happen if you are using a fairly old version of the theme.
Could you make sure your theme and plugins are updated to the latest version? You can find the update instructions here: https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
If that doesn’t solve it, try disabling all your other plugins and see if that solves the problem. If it does, you can activate them one by one to see which one is causing the problems.

We still provide update to our themes to make sure that it will be compatible with new WordPress and PHP version.
For some themes that not frequently updated, it is because of those themes are quite stable now and still working well, with no new issues reported.
Anyway, for this particular one, we will launch the update for little fix in WP5.9 within two days.

Hi there. That’s great thanks. Sorry to keep asking questions but basically I have a website that already has a license for this theme (a previous developers account). I am deciding wether to repurchase or switch for the refresh of the site. I wondered if you could answer these questions for me?
1 – Is there no option for a hamburger menu? This seems odd?
2 – The site width is incredibly narrow considering current screen sizes. A previous support person said this could be fixed with CSS. How would I get this so I can see how effective it is?
3 – Can this be integrated with Advanced Custom Fields or Gutenberg so I can insert custom blocks within it. I have looked around and can’t see anyway to add any sort of custom blocks or even a shortcode.
I would like to continue with the theme because of the package search function but the options seem very limited in comparison with current themes. Are any of these things on the horizon in future updates?

1. Sorry, there’s no option for a hamburger menu. You can use a plugin for this.
2. The site width can be increased with this custom css:
.container {max-width: 1260px !important;} .row {width: 1220px;}
You can add it to your current site to see how it looks. This width can be further increased.
3. Shortcodes can be added in the Column element in our page-builder. It is not possible to add Gutenberg blocks here though.
