The Live Preview button on the page https://themeforest.net/item/the-ark/19016121 does not work

Hello, I am trying to contact you through the support link, but your website is down. I installed the template in a temporary domain and now that I migrated the website to the definitive server I cannot create pages in Elementor, it never loads and shows the message “Content area not fount in tour template”. I am using the Ark child template.

I found an error in the license activation tab, on the dashboard of the Theme, which I think is the origin of the problem:

Hi, with the latest theme installed, when I tried to switch from default wordpress editor to Fresh Builder, all the content can’t be seen at the backend (while it’ still visible at the front end).

What could be the reason? Now the content can’t be edited any more before of this issue

Update 1.61.0 resolved the critical error, but now the buttons and images elements do not work. Existing buttons and images disappeared, and when we try to add/edit them no options appear at all. Anyone else encountered similar issues?

Where can we download the previous version of Ark?

If you have a backup from the day befor the Ark´s theme update, just use it to recover the “plugins” and “themes” folders.

I just did it and the problem of editing is 100% solved.

Same issues here.. How can we downgrade versions to 1.58?

downgrade to v1.58 temporarily solves the issue

I have 9 sites using Ark that are non editable at the moment, please fix asap

Can the developer please make a previous working version available at the minimum?

I emailed the developers, they’re usually great with support stuff like this and I trust they’ll have a fix shortly. I have 94 licenses with them. In over 5 years of working with them, they’ve never let me down.

I have 2 other websites using your theme, but won’t upgrade Ark until this issue is resolved.

The only way to solve theese problems, until they are resolved, is downgrade Ark Theme to the 1.58 ver.

I am also experiencing the blank page screen error. Is there any timeline on getting this fixed?
