Hey ! I wanted to added custom form in the single product page or you can say i want to edit product page layout. The issue is that I can’t figure out how to edit anything as nothing appears in the product page if i go there to edit anything from there.

Hi Boxshop is a good theme overall, versatile and with many custom options. I was wondering if in your future updates you are planning to add a product manufacturer option in the backend. I mean a proper label not just a tag or spec option. Thanks

Hello!! None of the “Product Category” options seem to be taking effect. I’ve got labels and skus disabled, but they still show. This happens on both the main products listing, as well as product categories. The layout options work, but none of the other options. Any suggestions?

Hello my client have your theme but he didn’t take update a long time. He has wp 5.8.4 and boxshop theme 1.0.4
can he buy theme for updates? is it compatibile? Is there any pricing option for updates only? ( he do not have activation key because prevision developer bought with his own account not from client)

Because you installed the package which contains documentation, license, PSD, ..., not the installable package. You need to extract your package and install the boxshop.zip file. I know the support for the BoxShop has expired, but I would like to ask some questions on regards a plug-in.
We recently updated the theme on our website, however, there is a plugin that is not letting us update itself. It is a WPBakery page builder, we have tried reinstalling WordPress and still unable to update. Is there a way for it to be updated and directed by you guys? Because this plugin is preventing our website to load all options.
Also, I would like to ask if it is mandatory to have the support option active to get actual support about any issue with the theme?

1) To update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, you need to delete it first. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again
2) If your support is expired, you must renew your support to get support from our support team.

I have the following problem with the products/category menu. vertical.
You have already updated my categories in the Products / Categories section. but these are not updating in the menu section. (patience/menu) . because my categories are not updated in this section

In some cases, if you don’t see the Product Categories tab, you will click the Screen Options button on the top right corner. You find elements that you want to show and enable it.
