when I try to install the plugin “riode-core” it does not get installed. I am doing something wrong? I have checked the requirements and everything is fine. Please help.

Sorry for the inconvenience but sometimes there is some issue from the Server End. So, if you aren’t able to install or update the Plugins from the Setup Wizard. Then please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins > there once try to update or install the Plugins (as required).

Hopefully, it will get updated by then.

If you want to setup the Accordion style for the Footer Menu, then you need to select the Menu Type as Vertical Collapsible under the Page Builder editor for the Footer: https://postimg.cc/cKLCWwK6

But remember to make sure that your Footer Menu should have Parent Items (i.e. Ancestors) added to them in order to make the Menu appear correctly for the Mobile view.

If you want to import something from another Demo for Blog or any other section then you can make use of the Riode Studio in the Theme.

We are glad that we could be of some help :)

The Menu that comes with the Demo Import has Menu Items (i.e. Pages and Links) redirecting to the Demo Sites. So, to remove any of the Pages Items from the Menu, you need to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there select the Menu from which you want to remove the Items > then if you want to remove multiple Items, then select Bulk Select option from top > afterwards click on the Items one by one which you want to remove and you are good to go.

Had been very happy with this theme even though it can be buggy it has some great features. On updating to latest version it broke all variable product imagery. Hoping this is rectified ASAP. I’ve raised a ticket.

I just would like to let you know that you forgot to add the toggle menu bar for the mobile version on your demo FOOD 2. It is not appearing on the MOBILE menu….

I asked the guy from support and he did confirmed that it was missing but that the demo may have been buit like this on purpose…

Its ‘not logical that all your demo got it except this one…I tried to add it but then my Logo wasnt showing …

I ended up downloading another demo

We’ll try to answer point-wise in order for better understanding of yours:

1. The Shoppable Pins that you are mentioning are called “Product Hotspots”. So, you can add it on your Site by adding or using the Theme widget named as “Hotspot”. See this image to know how: https://postimg.cc/jDq4gwwN

2. Yes, you can use different Elements from other Demos too by using the Riode Studio on your Site. Here is the guide regarding this from the Documentation. Please check that: https://d-themes.com/wordpress/riode/documentation/2021/02/01/riode-studio-settings/

3. To add a Product Countdown on a Product or to start or schedule a Sale on a Product > you need to edit a Product > there scroll down a bit and go to Product Data > there if you have a Variable Product then you need to go click on Variations > under that if you have your Variations created then you need to open a Variation > under that you’ll see a Sale Price option > just above that you’ll see a Schedule link > click on that and you can set a Sale Countdown for a Product: https://postimg.cc/YL00J77p

So, it automatically shows the counter after scheduling Sale where it mentions the time that the Sale offer will end in the following time frame added.

4. Regarding the Shipping mentioned change, sorry but there isn’t such an option available in the Theme as you know the Cart and Checkout pages comes from WooCommerce. So, you’ll need to look for a third party Plugin in this regard at your own risk that best meets your requirements otherwise, it will require Customization to achieve this, which we don’t provide at this platform. Hi, i just bought the theme cause it looks perfect for my needs, but when i installed it, it shows this in all devices:

In the picture it can be seen that the website is only showing plain HTML code, like if there was no css at all, all the other themes i have work perfectly, but this one is eating off all css styling and loading just HTML

So i thought it was a thing with the wordpress version, but nothing changed, and is the first time it happens, i have made 10+ theme installations successfully so i don’t know what is wrong with this one because never happened before.

Need help!

The mixed content or SSL issue occurs due to having a secure connection and it does not load the style sheet of the website.

Please try to change the website link from HTTP TO HTTPS

For this open your site WP Admin Dashboard and Navigate to Setting >> General and change the WordPress website URL from http:// yourwebiste.com to https://yourwebiste.com

OR

Second way to change this is, Navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New.

Search for Really simple SSL plugin in the new plugin search directory and install and activate it.

After Installation click on the top of dashboard you will see the notification showing below and you have to click on go ahead button and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Riode >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
