It’s very simple already, after activate the theme for a domain, you can revoke the license for that domain via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License > and click on “Revoke License” button.

Clarification Re New Feature in Version 8.2.1

The new feature listed in your changelog says: “Many new elements for WPBakery Page Builder. We’ve moved all the widgets available on Elementor to WPBakery Page Builder.”

1/ Does that mean you “removed” all widgets from Elementor and placed them in WP Bakery Page Builder, so Elementor No longer has them?

- or -

2/ Does that mean you “duplicated” the same widgets from Elementor and added them to WP Bakery Page Builder, so Both Elementor and WP Bakery has the same widgets.

To clarifty, it is important to know which of the above was done. Thanks.

No – we don’t remove anything from Elementor. We just moved all widgets & options available in Elementor for WPBakery Page Builder – it helps the users who use WPBakery Page Builder can get all widgets as on Elementor. It’s point 2/ on your reply.

This was not a ticket requirement since it was a question to only clarify your changelog details here on this theme page, which goes a long way to help people who have not got this theme and making inquiries. It also goes toward how well you answer questions here.

:: Suggestion ::

I suggest to reword the text for the changelog entry to something like this:

“WP Bakery Page Builder now has all the same widgets as Elementor”.

Reason for the suggestion is the word “move” means you moved something away from something else, which led to my question, because that is how it read in English. My suggestion helps remove the confusion and establish exactly what was done in this new update.

I have stayed with this theme because of good support, design and coding. There was no untoward intended with my question here.

Hello When I save the header after I change background for top bar and menu and some other changes .. When I open the site, I don’t see any changes!! Is there a problem with the header!! Because I can’t see the edits after saving them .. I see some modifications have been made and some have not

Wordpress images are not lazy loading. I have been testing on the local host and have disabled all the plugins, I have also tried disabling all the page speed options, but the only thing that makes the images lazy loading is disabling the shortcodes & perfomance plugin which makes the default wordpress lazyload appear. The problem only happens on images that are using the wordpress image block ’ class=”wp-image-0000” ’. It is some bug in the plugin shortcodes & perfomance.​​

I am very tired to figure out what causes the feature slider to disappear each time I renew the version of the soldedad. After I updated the soledad to ver.8.2.1 yesterday, the feature slider disappeared again!!! Can you serisously prevent any issue of the feature slider disappearing inadvertently in each version in the furture???

This is definitely not the first time this issue happens and it comes back again sometimes when the Penci PageSpeed Optimizer has been updated in the latest version of soledad. I am not sure whether you change something of Penci PageSpeed Optimizer in the latest version 8.2.1 but after I update to ver8.2.1 the feature sider disappears again. This feature silder disappearing issue comes back every other few versions of soledad and it becomes a long term issue. This issue of ver8.2.1 can be fixed by I adjusting the option of WP rocket. I just fixed this issue after I left the common above. The way I fixed this feature slider on ver8.2.1 is turnning on the option of “combining CSS files” and “combining the javascript files” in the WP rocket, which I usually turnning them off. Before I update the soledad to ver8.2.1 I have not changed the setting of WP rocket for a long time. For me, the issue of disappearance of the feature slider is a Co-Issue between soledad and WP rocket(, and maybe also the cloud CDN super cache). However, when the feature slider works fine in a previous version of soledad without any settings changed, it shouldn’t come back again after the latest version soledad is installed.

I have 3 individual licences for this theme. Today it appears that the support for one item has run out so I am now blocked from answering a question that I have been asked (which is why I haven’t posted this on my ticket), even though the ticket was about a general question and could have applied to any of my licences. I have been thinking about using this on a 4th site but am not happy about having to buy yet another individual licence. Can you please offer – like most theme writers – a deal for multiple licences, as this is getting too messy to deal with and I am more likely to just buy a new theme for my 4th site now. Thanks.

Recently my site had issues with performance even though I am on a dedicated server. I got an external database company to check what could be causing the issue.

Basically, MySQL was causing a high CPU usage and this resulted in the server going down frequently.

After investigating and enabling slow query, they told me that this particular line of code is running frequently and is consuming the CPU.

This site is primarily a photo gallery with around 200,000 images. I use FooGallery as my image gallery plugin. Inside FooGallery all my images are set to open in the attachment page.

This was added only in version 8.1.9 and above.

SERIOUSLY??? This theme locks you out of your WP ADMIN – of ALL YOUR SITE , if they’re not sure if you have a license of if it’s legit. By the way – I did purchase this theme. I wish I had known they had this practice – I would not have put my money here.

Also – Theme Forest – this should never be allowed. A theme should not be allowed to lock a user out of their admin section.

Really bad , ugly and awful practice. Totally against any WordPress guidelines – which is the software that actually allows you to make money. Please at least follow those.

I commented here because I want others to know what they’re contributing when they purchase this.

I have one license for one site. The same site I used it on since I purchased it.

That would be an issue between me and Envato – who I purchased the theme from.

As I said – if I had known you’d ever try to do this (lock me out of my site because you can’t tell if my license is legit) – I would not have purchased this theme.

And I am writing this publicly so that others that care about the same things as I do know that this is a possibility.

BTW, was checking Envato’s guidelines:

Is it possible to make a few adjustments to the recipe section where you can adjust up or down on the serving section. For example, if my recipe says it serves or makes enough for 6 people but one of my follower wants to make it for a group of 30, they can adjusts my recipe quantity to match up to serve 30 people.

Hello.

I tried to access my admin today and I can’t, because it says I need to buy the theme but I already bought it!

I had the site on a server, I had problems and it deletes the installation.

I created a new server, installed and ACTIVATED the theme, so much so that I have the theme activated for many days. I have only 1 single site with the theme as per the rules.

I need urgent help as I am unable to access the site.
