please i keep getting page error whenever i access the course page, even when i try update all my plugins, update the course page, it will work for 24 hours then stop working again, here is the error code i’m getting error:query ip/courses/archieve-course, please i need a solution, on how to fix this issue permanently

(in the comments there are many many users with the same problem) Your standard reply is write to support forum but it only work with people that have an active support. But this is a bug that exist since 1 year! so I can’t understand.. why you don’t solve it or publish a solution?

The problem is that in the homepage the slider of revolutionslider is cut.. there is a white column on the right, it desappear only when scale window or click in a menu. You can see now the problem in monsteracademy.es

Hi the client on my site didn’t get enrolled even after they pay for the course. On the Orders section of LearnPress no item is shown even the payment is made for the specific course.

I am very disappointed with the documentation and even the support. I started building a theme several times and gave up every time. In most cases, the update was bad, which made me indecisive. on the Internet, I found most customers with unbuilt sites – they gave up. there is no search option in your support forum so it takes hours and hours. documentation is poor. I bought your other themes and the same thing always happens, unexplained problems, poor documentation. My support has expired and I won’t pay to renew unless I build a theme with full functionality.
Now I can’t create a new section in Curriculum, even when I import a sample course (Here I can add lessons but not new sections). Why? I am both the administrator and author of the course.

When I purchase this product, is there a woocommerce payment setup for the course generated from learnpress? Or do I have to purchase the learnpress add-on package?

I’m disappointed with the official support and documentation. I’ve asked a really simple question which is how do I hide the course teacher from the single course view? I provided admin details and password using the thim support site in the access info field as requested, but have received a response that the information wasn’t received. All I would like is the CSS code on how to hide the teacher account name from the single post view. I want only the category and the price of the course but not the name of the teacher. Please help!

hello: is these points are available : First, When an instructor delete his account, to keep the courses published by him on the platform in the database and keep his name on the courses with the suppression of the possibility to contact the instructor or send him a question.. etc. Second, an instructor can make his courses unvisibel in the courses list, but the courses will stay in the dashboard of an enrolled student. Furthermore, he can make all his courses unvisibel before he deletes his account. Third, in case of course editing the course will be edited in the dashboard of the enrolled student with reserving the possibility to restore the last virgin by the administrator in case the edited virgin does not meet the required features.

Option to insert course preview video isn’t include in the theme you sold to me, all effort to get it work proved abortive, Your theme is useless for me to use, i gave you my login details all you did was to put feature image. is feature image same thing as course preview video?
