There is no specific option to off the mobile responsiveness. Important to know you that for google search engine mobile responsive is very important. Anyway, If you want to achieve it you have to off manually by custom CSS but it’s not recommended ojhi.

how to make an additional sidebar with style as in Services list is? I need to make an addistional page with subpages where sidebar is in the same style. I tried to make a some third party sidebars, but… even I try to add the same class – it is not appear as in Service is.

Hi, I’m having the same problem as lots of people in that I can’t edit any of the Elementor elements. The page loads but then I click on a section to edit it and it is greyed out and loading continuously. How do I fix this issue? Everything is up to date.
- PHP memory_limit = 512M
- max_execution_time = 500
the theme does not work and they do not give an answer to what is asked in the support

I am getting blank page after checking I can see this error below.
When I deactivate the ELEMENTOR PLUGIN the website comes back but broken due to elementor being deactivated.
How can I fix?
Do I have to update theme or what? If yes how do I get the theme updated?

I have tried to create a support ticket on your website and it’s a disaster. Before I leave a 1 star review, I’ll give you the opportunity to fix it. The theme is completely broken after the last update. I used my Envato login to create my account on your site. Now I can’t use it because there’s an Envato error. Your support site doesn’t even acknowledge the fact I created a ticket. This is ridiculous.

this is one of the worst purchases that i have made , all of a sudden my website is down bcos of the issue with the elementor and elemetkit plugin conflict .you say lifetime update but there is update for this issue and you guys are making money by not releasing any update for this issue – asking us to renew the support
Elementskit recently updated their plugin with the latest Elementor compatibility. Also, We are updating the theme regularly for new features and bugs if found. After the recent Elementor update there are some deprecated warning, that we have solved on the theme and we will be updating the theme within this week.

We been trying solve this issue from past 4 days and we have rolled back plugin versions , you can check this section – more than general enquiry , you find customers adding same issues – LOADING , ELEMENTOR , I am using other templates and never had issues .
Your Last update was on 25october 2021.Your just solving the bugs and not pushing any updates to the theme and asking customer to renew the support and making money .
Till you push the updates to the theme you want us to be without the website .

in which folder can i find the demo? I have never had the chance to use the theme and now im trying to install and i dont see a child or demo zip
You do not need the demo zip, we have the automatic demo installation system from our server. To install Go to> Tools> Demo content install before that install all the required plugins.
