I have purchased Artday theme and when installing it recommended for slider revolution plugin. But when I try to import my own banner it says it is not compatible. Does this purchase come with Slider Revolution membership if now how can I use this?

Revolution Slider plugin come with the theme package. What about membership, there is no any limits, no membership or any another limits set. I guess it can be just different version of plugin, may be you have old version and it really can be incompatible with new one.

Yes i did that already but its not importing the demo data. Its importing some random blogs, which is useless.. i have emailed you already didn’t get any response it it. Give me detailed step wise instruction guide. i want to import exact same content as has been displayed on your demo. Help ASAP i am running out of time.

Hoping you can help us.. I’ve imported the demo to our site: brendanmcmahon.co.uk but a lot of the styling isn’t there:
the: • Typography (footer colours etc), • Hover states, • Gold text, • Footer widgets, ...and some other parts.

Dear sirs. We just bought this theme (artday) but it is impossible to install it on our wordpress. We have chosen the traditional method by installing the theme from “appearance” but after a few seconds we get the unknown error message. Later we have chosen the ftp option but while this theme remains active, our wordpress shows the message of: “There was a critical error on this website. unfortunately our theme was built with WPBackery plugin and there no compatibility with Elementor. I mean you can use it, but there are no default theme elements included.

Unfortunately, our team decided to dispense with your theme Web Bakery is not our favorite, it is not practical and the cost is bad I feel a loss on your a theme that was purchased and we did not benefit from it. Although this theme was very good and we were hoping to achieve more success through it.. But I don’t know why you associate your work with webbakery.. Every successful website that works through your theme is an addition to you and a biography of your success.
Thank you for your interest and I thank you for your offer regarding the web bakery..but this web bakery is not practical at all and will disrupt us in the future.
We will definitely listen to your opinion and who knows, maybe in one of the next theme updates we will add support for another builder.

import button is disabled by default, but you can enable it with one click from the theme options page. Or you can use the default WordPress importer. In this case, you’ll get exactly the same result. All these steps are described in theme documentation.

this is a known issue that was resolved several versions ago. So please update your theme to latest version, this will resolve the issue.

simplest way is to delete older theme version and to install updated version. But don’t forget to make a backup just in case if something goes wrong you’ll be able to restore everything as it was.

I have turned on shop product thumbnail backgrounds and in my testing they appear fine in Safari 15.5 on Macos Monterey 12.4 and on Windows 10 Firefox 95.0 but not in Edge 101.0.1210.53. Is this something you can also see, and is there a fix for Edge?

Hello, I got a problem with my website built on Your theme.

The main problem is that my changes in CSS for mobile devices just don’t work. At all. I use the Styling Options / CSS Code section in Your theme panel.
So I’d like to:- Hide logo on all mobile devices and leave only a hamburger
- Center links in hovered menu
- Make photos which are 100vh – 100vw, to fit the mobile screen
- Make 5px margin in section ”- Kategorie zdjęć – Lech Poznań” and “Poznań”
- Fix the margin above the “ADAM CIERESZKO” name beyond the photographer photo

I advice you to use child theme for modifications. It should solve the issue with CSS and in this case your modification will not be lost after theme update or files transfer.

Hi there, I’m running Artday Version 1.7.1 on my website munchproducts.com and I’ve just realised the menus do not appear on a mobile device (iPad or iPhone). The sandwich or hamburger button in the top left is visible but does nothing. I cannot find anywhere in the settings to configure menus for a mobile device or for the top left button. I am reinstalling your theme and have imported the demo.
1) I cannot get the underline/separator to work, either in the footer or elsewhere i.e. in the journal, using ws separator or ws footer separator classes. I can create a separator manually but would like to use your method. 2) I cannot get the text in the footer to the left of the payment icons to appear in the correct theme colour, as per your demo. I have the default colours set in the ARTDAY Settings page. The text is there, but is the same colour as the background, making it invisible. 3) The PT Serif font is set but the text in the body of the website is not PT Serif. 4) The fonts in the headings of a product grid are black and do not show the same orange colour as the fonts in your demo.
I feel that all these issues may be related. Can you help?
