Hi, How can I add a notification bar above the menu?

Hello,

You can enable top bar in Select Options > Header. Then, the text of the notification can be added in Top Bar Widget Areas located in Appearance > Widgets. For a more detailed overview of theme options and available widgets and widget areas please check the documentation in this link.

I have uploaded a blog post, but it does not load. I left the page running in the background and it is still not loading. I have made sure my plug-ins and theme are up to date. What could be causing this issue?

Hello, it has been almost a month, and my ticket was closed without a resolution. I responded to the emails and followed up multiple times, and my ticket was closed. I am still not able to see my blogs. Can I get my request reopened?

We were having some email delivery issues with our server, and most likely the email is not delivered. Please try to contact us through this email instead (just add your purchase code in the mail), and our support agents will provide you with the latest version.

Will this theme be updated anytime soon? The version of WPBakery has a high vulnerability rating from my firewall.

I am trying to apply my SSL certificate to my site but I am getting warnings of mixed content because of code. When I was working on the site I only replaced the content and pictures that came with the theme and didn’t add any code. I made sure my plugins are up to date as well as my theme version. Can you offer any guidance? My domain host was Google Domains who sold it to Squarespace so there has been a transition with my domain but I have my SSL certificate assigned to my site. I just keep running into this error.

Why is the option “disable row” not available in WPbakery? I want to be able to save some of the predesigned rows for later so I want to disable them and not delete them, I have this option for others themes i use

Some of the parameters(options) are removed in visual-composer-config.php file located on this path: wp-content\themes\kudos\framework\modules\visualcomposer

Has not been updated for two years and the blogs STILL don’t work. Would recommend everyone stays away until the theme is updated.

The theme hasn’t been updated for a long time. They are working on it. If I buy it, I will not have problems with new versions of wordpress?

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however it will be listed in the change log.

WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

I purchased the theme on 3.9.2020, my support has just expired but I hope you can help me with one bug. The Element holder item cannot be edited. It can be setup only when added for first time. Hey, just letting you guys know there is starting to be a jquery conflict with a number of newer plugins. Looks like Kudos is on jquery 1.2 and anything newer is disabling dropdown menus on desktop and mobile. Not an expert in it, but just passing along what one of my dev’s told me. Love the theme.

hello, I am just checking if there has been any updates on the Kudo theme (include WP-Bakery and Slider Revolution) since my purchase last year (15 aug 2019), as I want to update to Wordpress 5.5 and and I am worried that the theme might break, and Slider revolution needs upgrade. the theme was purchased last year from theme forest under user mediacorp2019.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. Hello, I have been running your site for a few months with no issue. We recently decided to add WooCommerce to the theme, and we are unable to see any of the products from any pages using the WooCommerce short code. I can see the individual product pages, but the main shop page is empty, and using short codes for featured product, or single product leaves the page blank. When I deactivate the theme and use the WooCommerce store theme everything works.

Since the site is specifically listed for WooCommerce I am not sure what in the theme would be preventing these products from showing.

Hi, yes we are using the WooCommerce built subscriptions. We have disabled this along with every other plugin and the problem persists. The shop page and the short codes do not load the products. The only page that loads is the actual individual product page. When we disable the theme, everything works. I am not sure what to do from here?

We also disabled our CDN, and removed WP Rocket. Still no dice on getting the shop page to show the products.

My demo import process freezes at 30%. I went for submit a request in help center, but the page was like not completely loaded. I managed to fill the form. But I could not submit the request.. the page does nothing on clicking the submit button.
