Hello, I have bough a license  for a first website and then have remove dthe registration from the website and done it for the new domain today my second website due to some bad manpulations and lack of skills of my developer he have removed again the registration so now we cant use the license and they said as error : This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Hello, I have purchased two licenses and currently, none of them are active. the last time I tried it, I activated the license (as you know, I can’t try it without activating the theme) but I end up not using them. I must have forgotten to deactivate it otherwise there is no reason to say I have exceeded my limit to use the license. You can check. I am confident if you check the domain assigned to those licenses, the gem is not the theme. I know this because I purchased these licenses for my domains and I haven’t used them, in fact, currently only one of my domains has an active site. what surprises me is both licenses say the same thing and I can’t remember activating both (but it has been over a year since I tried gem, so I might have done it)! Everyone who have problem with images which is not showing on Products Grid or Styled Gallery or any styled options , it’s missing GD Library , which you can activate from your hosting PHP extension GD, or you can check from your wordpress Tools and then Site Health Status and there it shows what is missing

​Hello there! It looks like there is a bug so I just want to give a note about it.

I enabled TheGem > Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop Grid > Filter by price. The price range the filter shows is without vAT. I think, it uses the backend price but not the front end one.

I have a print-on-demand plugin from Printful. This plugin just provides prices without vAT. That’s why the price in backend is without vAT. That’s also set in WooCommerce > Settings > vAT > “No, I type in the price without vAT”. In WooCommerce > Settings > General > “Activate tax rates and calculations​” is enabled. So the price in frontend shows with vAT. That’s the place where the filter works. But it uses the prices from backend. Example: Product X is 49,00 without vAT but 58,31 with vAT. But the price filter just show maximum 49. If I filter just 49, it also shows product X with 58,31.

That’s why, the filter doesn’t work with the WooCommerce provided setting and that’s why I think it’s a bug.
