Two things, one why are we using wp bakery 6.9.0 when we’re up 2 major versions? Also the call to action section doesn’t allow for color changes. A lot of things don’t seem to work, even font changes and top headers have issues with changing font.

You can also use the current version of the theme with the latest version of WooCommerce. As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. Note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.

I purchased this theme recently and it says the woocommerce database files are out of date. Please provide the updated files as I cannot use the theme now the check out doesn’t work. I need them rather quickly as the site was supposed to be live now

If you are getting the ‘Outdated Files’ WooCommerce notices, do note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning. If there is some kind of a glitch, you can downgrade WooCommerce to some previous version.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes and the current version of the theme listed in change log is working correctly with the latest version of WordPress.
Live demo is not updated to the latest version and this is why the mobile menu is not being shown correctly there. On our localhost installation where the latest version is being used there are no errors and mobile menu is displayed correctly.

Hi! I have the same question as postetd here before. I need to get rid of google foints loading on your theme. This is urgent since lawyers already contacted me. I cannot renew my support ticket for 60$ just to get a quick answer sorry. I think your theme should be set up so that you don’t have to fear any legal consequences. I used several Plugins to unload google font. It seems Roboto is still loading. I added a CSS code to prevent it but that didn’t help. So please just answer here because I guess this problem is global and helpful for every user.

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.
You can use the theme on the latest version of WordPress with this plugin.
Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

The booking functionality prompts you to sign in … and yet where is the register option at? I don’t see it. How does a visitor register? Do they become a special user role in WordPress?

You can use WooCommerce’s My Account page and enable under options that customers can create account on your site. Here you can check how My Account page will look like. After registering on your site customers can then proceed with booking appointment.

Hello … that wasn’t my question … when I use the demo, it asks to sign in for booking, but it doesn’t provide a link to register, so … you saw you can use Woocommerce, but your demo isn’t linking to that functionality for users. Can you fix your demo, so we can see how the registration works for visitors?

If you want to integrate booking into your website, you will have to use a plugin for this which is called Booked. You can find it on this link https://getbooked.io/. As well as you can add the Booked calendar shortcode to any of your pages or in the Widget Area.
You can see the calendar on our https://oaza.qodeinteractive.com/WooCommerce is an essential part of our shop functionality and it is fully compatible with our theme. However the booking and payment are not connected With Booked plugin you can make an appointment, and the WooCommerce is used for our shop. You could try to use Payments with a WooCommerce add-on for Booked for this purpose. We have not tested this for compatibility with our theme but you can always try it out on your end.

Hello, I had installed the Oaza theme on a domain that has since expired. I was not able to deactivate the license key before my domain expired. Now I have a new domain and I am trying to re-install the theme but I can’t activate the theme. Since the theme is not installed on another domain what would you advise? Can you issue me with a new license key and deactivate the previous license key that I had?
