Hello, we have found that some messages were not able to be translated by Loco Translate due to the fact that they were being called by: eco esc_html instead of esc_html__ . For example “Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with different keywords.” was untranslatable for this reason.

The image you shared with us I can see that there are two errors:
1) Breadcrumbs 2) Unparsable structured data
1.. Breadcrumbs, The error is because the last item of the breadcrumb have to link set to it. It is because you are at the page right now when you visiting the page so that’s why the link is not set on the last item of breadcrumb and it is default behavior you can check it with any other theme you want you will see the same thing.
2.. Unparsable structured data, Rich results are experiences on Google surfaces, such as Search, that go beyond the standard blue link. Rich results can include carousels, images or other non-textual elements. On the page link I have checked the issue appear because of the ”@id” word in the breadcrumbs as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/87TNJSGY it is built like this in the theme every theme is based on different perameters but you can change it with the help customization in the theme core files as per your need.
Hi. I tried to update from 3.4.18 to new theme. It killed my site completely! I do not recommend anyone do that, this is a great theme but doesn’t play nice with sites built on older versions. I have contacted support 4 times now. Initially they sent me 2 zip files (theme and core) to wind my site back to what it was when it was working perfectly. This has helped a little bit but the shortcodes are not displaying properly, all I see is text where there should be a button for instance. I have been waiting a long time for support to get back to me but nothing. I have paid for support, so please, can someone help me get this sorted out?? I really don’t want to start leaving bad reviews, uDesign has been a wonderful theme for me up until now but the lack of support is bringing you down guys!

Yes all the plugins are installed and activated except the Modern Events Calendar Lite, for which I get “Something went wrong with the plugin API.” message. When I change on Homepage Settings to Shop then the shop is visible, but when it is on ”Home” it’s all blank. Check on zeorise.com
How do we get the new demos? In particular the finance one. It is not showing up in the install wizard. We need to use the alternative install method anyhow, so that is ok, but where and how can we do that?
Also, the limit we have is the PHP max_execution_time – we cannot increase to above 120. Will that be a problem you think after this demo gets on? Or is that just for the actual demo import?
The theme came up after an update popped up and I installed it. Used the alternative method. If you think the PHP max_execution_time limit of 120 is going to cause problems in the future, and not only for demo install, then we will install elsewhere. Would appreciate that feedback. TY

And yes, we recommended to use the PHP max_execution_time minimum 600 and if it will be 1000, it would be perfect for your site performance… It not only impact our theme but it impacts the other plugins as well came with the theme package as this the plugins minimum requirements as well. so it would be perfect, if you change your server to avoid any future inconviniance.
In the new Udesign theme (Version 4.2), is it necessary to install Elementor? Even though I am not using Elementor. (I am only using Udesign editor)

Kirki Customizer is necessary plugin, with this, the theme options interface work in Customizer, if you will not Install and use it, you will not be able to use the theme options.
And Meta Boxes, it depends on you, if you do not want to use it, you can ignore it.

I am running this theme since many years.
The updates were running fine. I was able to update from that update page itself.
Since a few months (actually over a year) I did not find any updates in that update page.
Now, after checking the Udesign Themeforest page, I found out, that it is alreay at Version Version 4.1.1 – Updated: 11.6.2022
I am still at version 3.4.18.
1) How can I update the theme? Is there a new way to do it?
2) Do I need to take care of anything before updating the theme?
Kindly note that I had changed the sidebar width for the pages (that is the only customization in the code I did).

1) Here is the recommended way of Automatic update from us:
1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that…
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.
Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.
2) Once you follow the above steps there nothing else you need to worry about.

-> The One-Click automatically updating button is not there.
I have installed Envato Market. In all my installations this issue of not showing the button for update, is there. I am using this theme since many years. And it is not showing the update button since Version: 3.4.18.
I guess I need to do the update manually via FTP?

Yes as you are using the very old version of the Theme so that is the reason you are not getting the Automatic update option, you have to update the Theme manually, Can you please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will help you out.

I think I bought this theme for another site but I didn’t use it. if registered for domain name, can we update the license key for my current address?
I submitted a request for support via your support portal on 6th June but still haven’t heard anything back. Like other users I’m trying to figure out how to convert my old websites into this new version as they all broke with your last major update. My main questions are:
1) How do I recreate content blocks?
2) How do I recreate columns [one_fourth], [one_half] etc?

1.. Sorry to say, in the latest version there is no option to recreate content blocks we added new features and widgets/elements you can use them.
2.. You can create columns using the Elementor page builder it is fully compatible with our theme latest version. using the Elementor plugin you can adjust the width of the column as per your need.
Several concerning questions since you are no longer supporting customers that have bought this theme throughout the years.
1. Since this new update breaks the older version, does this mean that in order to update all of our customers sites we have to do a complete redesign? Seriously, I have one customer with 400 pages.
2. Is there some sort of path/bridge to migrate to this new version without breaking the old one?
3. What happens if we don’t update at all? Will it break as time goes on with future wordpress updates?
4. I installed the new theme for a customer and registered it but could not use it because of the steep learning curve and I’m not using it. I did a complete wp reset and installed another one. Since I have had no response from the developer for a refund, how do I deactivate the license?

1) The new latest version of the theme is compatible with just Elementor page builders if you are using the WP Bakery page builder then the update will break your site. So if you update the theme you will have to fix all those issues. So first update the theme on staging sites and then fixed all the issues that appear after the update.
2) No there, is no path/bridge to migrate to the new version.
3) Yes, if you don’t update the theme it will break your site on the future.
4. For the license deactivation, please contact us via our support system.

I licensed the theme, uploaded the demo. After installing the additional language option, the slider did not work properly. So I deleted and reloaded the site. But I forgot to deactivate the license first. So I can’t re-enable the theme.

Great, I just started rebuilding my site using my license. Thank you so much.
https://www.gemmep.com/trI’m stuck in one place. I can’t change some expressions. Therefore, I edited the u-design.pot file in /wp-content/themes/u-design/languages with the Poedit application and created the tr_TR.po and tr_TR.mo files. I uploaded it to the corresponding folder. And it worked flawlessly. So it successfully translated the places I wanted.
When I made minor changes to tr_TR.po and tr_TR.mo files and uploaded them back to the server, they were not visible, they were not working.
I checked the lines with the + Poedit application, there are no errors. + I deleted the old tr_TR.po and tr_TR.mo files on the server and reinstalled them. + I cleared my browser cache. + I completely cleared LiteSpeed Cache on the server. + I tried the Management > Cleaning from tool options in the theme, but it didn’t work.
I guess the problem wasn’t with the .po files, I had a similar problem with the changes I made to the slider. I’m having an annoying cache issue.
What could I have missed? I would be very happy if you could help me. I’m about to lose faith that I can get over it without your help
