We bought the template in 2016 when you first launched, so we have already used your the theme activation from a LONG time ago. We are now switching to the current version of the theme and getting everything updated. When we did this, our license code will not allow the theme to activate and now we are at a stand still on revamping to the current version because your system will not allow us to activate the theme as it gives an error as noted in the screen shot above.
Also in the current website, there are no options to deactivate the license. So we cant clear it or anything along those lines. Everything will need to be done on your end.

It’s expired, my support. I want to know if you have had problems with the paypal payment button, in the direct credit card option. It doesn’t fully load the fields. I have verified that it is your theme. I have tested the code on other websites and it works fine. I’ve tried uninstalling all plugins, and it still doesn’t work. PROBLEM OF CREDIT CARD FIELDS WITHOUT DISPLAYING VIA PAYPAL.
After a whole day investigating, and for those who have this problem: the problem is the footer. Paste the code in the footer and it worked there. I am assuming then, that the credit card fields in paypal (directly) are not displayed by the footer of your theme.
I think The solution is to paste the code in a page WITHOUT FOOTER. But I still don’t know how. Can you tell me how I can publish a page without the footer?

need the demo content (without having to use my license key). I create 2 versions…one on localhost using demo and one on live server (using license key as this will be the only real version of the site). Why would I have to use my license key for demo content? Need access to the plugins and demo content (this should be included in the zip! Along with a child theme!).

Hi, Maybe I’m missing something but I find it really SEO unfriendly the fact that you can’t use heading module for title ! Why can’t we choose the H tag ? It’s useless !

You can edit font-size for tablet and phone directly into Heading and it’s great but you can’t chose the tag.
I’m using Custom Heading instead but then I have to add some css for tablet and phone and it’s heavier.
I’m just saying it would be cool to have the “tag option” in Kaswara Heading

Hello, it appears that your Kaswara Modern VC Addons plugin has malware. I have removed it completely and then installed it from your required plugins and immediately my site starts to redirect to another website. Please look into this as soon as possible!

The updated theme has had no effect on this. The latest version of the plugin that I see is version 2.5. Is that correct? If not please send updated plugin. The site is still redirecting/has malware and it only appears when the plugin is activated.
