The latest version is 2.4 and it is compatible with PHP 8.

Hi there, we installed the barista theme and everything works fine. But unfortunately the fonts are not loading on mobile devices. Desktop view works perfect. Any Ideas? Or is this an issue with wordpress 6.1.

I’ve tried using a few different plugins that would allow me to view or hide menu items based on a user’s membership. However, there appears to be a conflict with your Barista theme because your theme is replacing the entire menu walker. The plugin developers are telling me that your theme should be using the wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields hook that has been available since WordPress 5.4 instead of replacing the menu walker.
What is the current version of this theme, and has this been addressed in the current version? I would have asked through your ticket system, but since my support expired, I’m not willing to renew it unless I can found out if this issue has been resolved.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, please understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. Implementing this would require additional customization, but this falls out of our support scope.

Where should I change the name MONDAY to another name of my choice. I don’t just want the name MONDAY – that’s English, but I want to set it to change from MONDAY to PONDĚLÍ according to my language. After a week of purchase, I still haven’t been able to install the theme and I still don’t get real support other than some copy-paste like “Try reinstalling the theme”. Is there at least a refund?

When I use Elementor, I cannot edit my home page, for example. The header overrides the location making it invisible to see the area in which I am trying to edit and add what I need to the page.
Also, how do I edit and add information to the footer area?
Additionally, I can not update the frontend editor on WPBakery. I’ve researched all the videos, and articles and I do not have the extendvc file that is referenced in the Qode library etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins to ensure they weren’t broken or not compatible with each other etc.
I’ve emailed previously on this and I have yet to hear a reply, please advise soonest as I am unable to proceed with updates on this theme.

Good day, Rather than giving generic responses it may be worth checking what the customer is talking about. Right now if you open your own demo site: https://barista.qodeinteractive.com/ you will see that the main slider/banner text is not responsive when you decrease the size of any browser you use to view the site. I will log with your help center but it is worth checking to avoid potential customers experiencing the same issue.

We are sorry but checking the theme on real devices, which we did, does not give us any error or misalignments.
So in order to investigate this more clearly, best practice would be to turn to our support team for help. No intention on giving you generic answers, it is just that we do have a support team and if there is something wrong with our themes it should be corrected. But please note that testing the demo by resizing the browser window is not correct since the theme is responsive and has a set of media-queries which we do follow for different device widths.
Of course if there is anything wrong with our theme it will be corrected, but it is why we do have our support team which can address this issues, if there are any, Thanks for understanding.
