Hi, I am having issues with my tool tips showing information after updating my theme to the current version. I went through all of my plugins and see that turning off my events plugin fixes the issue… So I installed 2 more events plugins and they both broke the tool tip as well…. The tool tip pops up as normal but displays NO text…. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this? We currently have over 50 Licenses for this theme and often use events on our websites.

Hello. I am having several errors with your product.

1 – The slider bar for Filter By Price does not work properly. The movement that it makes to filter according to the price, when I move the bar to the right or to the left, it moves in units of 10 by 10.

This has never happened to me anywhere else.

The bar must move from 1$ to 1$, and not from 10 to 10, since in this way it will not show my products.

This seems to only happen with Flatsome. I have removed all Plugins from my site and it is not working properly. I have tried to search for solutions on WooCommerce Forums, and finally they told me that the problem is due to Flatsome and its editor. There is no way to edit the Widgets, the “Filter Product By Price” Widget should be editable.

However it is not possible

2 – Your theme is not Mobile Responsive. I want to create a Slider on the main screen of my site and I get a lot of errors from Google tools regarding mobile optimization. I have created a Slider and I have tried adding Banner with images and texts, but this is not seen correctly on mobiles, the images blur and the texts go off the screen. I have tried adding Sections with images and text in the Slider, but the images blur and the text disappears from the screen on mobile devices. How can I correct this? Thank you
