I’m extremely disappointed with the limitations of this theme. The lack of customization options, especially the inability to modify anything beyond text, is severely hindering my ability to create a unique and personalized website.
Furthermore, the lack of timely and effective support from your technical team has been frustrating.
Given these significant issues, I believe a refund is necessary. I strongly suggest removing this theme from the marketplace to prevent other users from experiencing similar frustrations

Hi there, unfortunately there is no Elementor version of the theme available. Note that you may still use Elementor to create new pages, besides the Appointment Booking plugin is integrated with Elementor, so you should have no issues with it
i see people moaning on the comments section about the theme being too technical. Elementor seems to make it easy to work with. I want to build a career coaching website and your theme seems good for the purpose but i am worried that i will get stuck with the build coz it means i’ll have to learn how Getwid works to be able to make it responsive

When I change the logo it doesn’t update on the front end. You replied to a previous comment saying it is in a section on the homepage but it doesn’t show up for me. very strange as when I change it via Customise > Site Identity it shows in the editor and updates but simply doesnt change when saved.

the theme looks great. Can you let me know if I have a large list of locations whether the booking options are only drop downs or if it is possible to have a post code search function in the form so people can find their nearest location?
Unfortunately, the location selector is only available as a drop-down menu at this time.
Is this theme have zoom meeting integrtaed or integration option like while someone will book an appointment and pay both admin and user will get a automatically generated zoom meeting link?

Hello there, you may change main colors under Appearance >Customize >Colors. The rest of styles will need to be edited via CSS
ok so most change through editor. One more question cause i cant seem to find that where i sthe ZEE text on homepage background changed?
The “ZEE” text is an image, it is assigned to the “Section” block in the Block Editor. Highlight the corresponding section while editing the Home page and look for the background style option to replace the image with the text or simply get rid of it

Hello there, you may try using extra plugins to add “More” button to load more results with AJAX. As for the error, this means one of the instances wasn’t configured or configured improperly. Make sure each service is assigned to corresponding employees and schedules/locations are also configured properly. Subscriptions/recurring services are not available in the plugin at the moment, however we might consider implementing such an option in future

Hello there, there is a separate interface in the dashboard with a list of all the appointments, as well as the calendar view for easier appointments review. As for the form fields, there is currently no option to edit/add more fields in the form, unfortunately. I have posted on the support website but honestly its very disappointing to pay 79$ for a Theme in which I can customize almost nothing except change the content. I have already bought another Template and not using this one anymore.

It is possible to set the name of the label for Location while adding/editing an Appointment Form block (widget).
Otherwise, you may edit translations of the plugin to change the default texts, labels, etc.

The plugin is valid and works correctly with the latest WordPress versions. Unfortunately, we can not know the exact date when the theme update is released.

This will not be a solution since there will be new notification after another release. Our developers will prepare and put a special version of the plugin that will not display the notice about new version.

I have another question, because this feature I can’t check on the demo site. We have two types of categories (1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching). In 1:1 Coaching slots for reservation should be inaccessible after purchasing the client to other users. In the case of Group Coaching, slots should be available after each purchase to all users except the one who made the booking. Is this how it works now?
You may create a schedule where the coach is available for 2 hours (for example) and the service of 1 :1 coaching is provided within that time. Once the service is booked, other people will not be able to book the same service again. As for group coaching, f the service is booked by one person, other people will also be not able to book the same service for the same period of time
Right, using schedule to separate two types of coaching is good solution. However you must admit that the group coaching is the same as 1 :1 Coaching option. Tell me is there a chance to add an option to schedule, which in the same period of time service will be able to purchase by couple users. It would be awesome and it’s really needed for “group coaching”.
Group bookings by couple of clients are not supported at this time. An appointment for a group can be made only by one person who submits a reservation.
Hello. I’m wondering is it possible to create meetings in virtual rooms (location) with google meet connection. After purchasing the service, the customer receives an e-mail notification about the event with a link to join the meeting via google meet. Tell me how can I do that using your theme. Best Regards.

Currently there is no option to send confirmation emails associated with specific location, regardless of the service/location the same content is sent to your Customers in confirmation email. So in case the Google Meeting link is included in the confirmation email, it will be the same link regardless of the booked service or location

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option in the Appointment Booking plugin. We will consider this feature for future plugin releases though
