I purchased the Pitch theme, over a week ago, on July 15, 2022. I tried to get support: https://qodeinteractive.com/submit-a-request

But the theme is not listed for support, just Elision which I have two licenses.

Thanks for writing in! In order to so that your newly purchased theme appears in the supported items from our help center, you first need to submit a request for in so it can be registered.

So once you try to submit a request only fill in Premium themes, theme profile (Select) and theme (Pitch) then submit a request for it. Once this is done your theme will appear next time in the supported items in the form.

It’s done. I also registered another Elision theme that I purchased.

I did the ftp import, and overwritten as described, so as not to lose any items from the demo import. Even so, my dashboard broke images.

I did as described: How to update the Pitch theme?

You can update our theme by performing the following steps:

1. Download the documentation file and all latest files from ThemeForest (its downloads page)

2. Extract it and locate pitch.zip

3. Extract pitch.zip and locate the pitch folder

4. Copy/replace the contents of the pitch folder to your site’s /wp-content/themes/pitch folder.

Using this method, no existing content or settings will be lost.

There is an open ticket for breaking images on the dasboard.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Also, please check if your purchase code is registered in theme’s dashboard.

Hi I have just setup the theme for a client. I have imported the split home demo and its a whole mess when it comes to editing content. I can’t see which part I am editing in the backend editor. Everything is really messed up with WP Bakery can you guide me on how can I manage my split home slider sections and how can I edit content when I don’t know which part I am working on.

Hi, I changed my business name and domain name. I’m using the Pitch license but it seems to be assigned to my old domain name. I cannot contact you via your support as I don’t have a renewed license. All I need is to re-activate the license on the new domain. I don’t need any support for the theme. How can I contact you? I tried via the SUPPORT tab but I can’t log in and resetting my pwd doesn’t send an email to me. Thanks

how do I edit the default slider after uploading the demo content? I’m not able to find it :(

We have updated to the latest version of the theme but the WP Bakery and Layer Slider which are included in your theme are not updating. Message on the plug ins is that they came with the theme.

The Layer Slider is not showing up at all and elements from the Bakery builder are now missing. This update broke our site.

What is the solution to this?

Please check if your purchase code is registered in theme’s Dashboard – How To Register And Activate Themes.

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, you should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Do you finally have an ETA for the update of the theme? It’s been more than a year. I’d really like to update to wp 5.9.3.

We still support all our themes. We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.

We have tested the Pitch theme with the latest WordPress version and it is working fine, so you can use the theme with this version without issues. :) The compatibuility will be added in the following update in changelog, but we don’t have any ETA when new update will come out, and we do hope it will be released soon!

Make sure that you register your purchase code under Pitch Dashboard.

If you still encounter this, please check if you activated WPBakery page builder under admin panel > Plugins on your site.

Also check if you updated Select Core plugin to latest version 1.6. You can see how you can update plugins on your site in this article.

In case this persists, could you provide us with URL of page on your site where you experience this?

My support has expired so i hope that someone can help me.. I use the portfolio on my website but there is few things that i cant delet from the portfolio page that are automaticaly there : - date, category, social network icons, like button - and at the bottom it has a caroussel.

Can somone cas tel me how to remove them ? I must have missed something…

To remove date, category, and related projects from portfolio items, go to Select Options > Portfolio > Portfolio Single.

To remove the social share from portfolio items navigate to Select Options > Social > disable social share for portfolio items here.

I’ve scoured these comments along with all documentation, and still cannot figure out how to control the logo height x width on the sticky header/menu. The links in previous comments goto documentation for a different theme. And these theme options are not available. I created a support ticket on your site, so hopefully we can get this figured out for myself, and all the others that are looking to control the logo height. I feel this is a pretty standard request in WP themes. Thanks in advance for your response.

So the support team just replied with the SAME instructions that I told them are not working. Please provide successful instructions on how to change the logo height. Changing the headed height does not work, nor does adding a logo that is twice the resolution that is desired.

Again, this is a very standard feature of many WordPress themes and I feel that having lost over three hours on this simple item, and then being given the same unsuccessful instructions is not the best support.

Please advise.

Header height is set to 400 and logo dimensions are 7285 × 2844, but yet the logo is still only 28px tall.

Your documentation and support reps are mis-informed on how this works. Please advise.

How do you get rid of the separator between the links and the search/hamburger icons in the nav bar?

I’m finding that this theme is very funky, and some responsive behavior makes no sense. For instance: buttons in the slider, in mobile, go down to 6PX in font size. Where does this change take place, and also why was this decided to be a good UX decision? No one on their phone can read this.

Honestly, the more I use it, the more frustrated I get because it’s not at all what I expected and I want my money back.

Hi I just purchased the theme, download it, activate it, but when I wanted to import the demo I only found in “Select Demo to import” the pitch option which is the main theme (the one presenting all the demos). I’m not able to download the demo! Please it’s urgent, could anyone help???
