Seems like reservation widget is not responsive, as I resize browser window reservation widget still stay in original size – checked on your demos in chrome.

If you are testing responsiveness by resizing browse window, please that is not the way to test responsiveness. This is because different scripts are loaded for different screen size. That is why, when looking from device, page is refreshed when domain is reached. When you resize browser window you don’t refresh the page and that’s why distortion occur. In either way you would need to test responsive functionality from an actual device.

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Alloggio Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Hello.I bought the theme, registered it and then uninstalled wordpress to start from scratch. The problem is that I forgot to deactivate the theme before uninstalling and now I can’t activate it again in the new wordpress because it says it’s active in another one. For everyone who is reading this. This theme is not compatible with php 8 which was released in 2020. It doesnt even work for the basic logo update in the header. And finally their support doesnt even reply atleast once in their lifetime. Would be wise to stay away from the themes sold by this seller, because we will end up fixing our valuable time with fixing issues of the theme.

It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting

For people looking for this theme, please be aware that is not compatible with Php 8.0 ! Even if they say it’s compatible in the description, there is an fatal error in the theme and crash the website on PHP 8.0. I already send few request to the support, but they don’t want to fix it, they said it takes time to update all of their themes. But the last update for Alloggio theme is in September 2021…

The theme is not compatible with php8.0, how can you said you improved it ???? Both tickets are closed because no activity, everytime you reply to me with the same thing : “go back to php 7.4 and wait….” But how long time we need to wait ? the last update of this theme was in september 2021 !!
Sorry, but i paid for a support, and this is not a good answer for a support. I will not spend my time to submit new ticket and get the same answer. You said the theme is compatible with PHP8.0 and it’s not, so it’s “false advertising”.

That is not an error which you are seeing, but a harmless notice. If you are not experiencing any issues due to this, then to remove it go to wp-config.php file, and disable wp debug by changing this line of code:

To this:

Hello, is the booking function optional? We currently primarily need a presentation website for our apartments and would only activate the booking function if we actually need it at some point in the future. Additionally, it would be good for us to know if we can also use OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps. Thanks in advance

You can hide those booking forms and elements with some custom CSS code in order to make a presentation website. After you purchase our theme, you can contact our support team which can help you with it.
Regarding OpenStreetMap, we can not guarantee that it will work, since we haven’t tested this.

Thank you! We purchased the theme and I started to install and configure it. Now I got this error at the system information: “2047M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Hello, this topic has a problem with the calendar, the days that are reserved are not marked.
Then it is of little use to have a calendar to make reservations if it does not show the days that are free and the days that are busy.

The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the theme update so the theme should work correctly on the latest version of WordPress and also on PHP8.

2. SMS notification is not a feature of our theme and the Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose. So SMS notifications are not included.

The option to set up a discount if the customer books a certain number of days, unfortunately, doesn’t exist within the theme but you can set up a seasonal discount and the option is located here.

I keep getting a critical error when editing a page and after a lot of research regarding the debug error…
“Deprecated: Function _register_controls is deprecated since version 3.1.0! Use Elementor\Controls_Stack::register_controls() instead. in /home1/stacee/public_html/mos/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5379”
it’s because the Elementor add-ons need to be updated. It states that your theme has not been updated in almost a year – the add-ons need to be updated in order for this theme to work. I can’t edit any pages right now.
