About filter I need to show only the category and subcategories of related slug for example you are in category 1 show in filter only the subcategory of category 1

Unfortunately, this is not possible as the filters are coming from the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin and there is no such option in the Filter Widget to set for the specific/particular category/sub-category, so you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

To be honest, this theme is good but you guys didn’t put people that doesn’t have technical skills in mind….finding it difficult to change the header color and is not working and is annoying.

You can simply change the color of the header from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Header, or if you are using the Custom Header created with the template builder then you can set the background color to the ROW as well.
If you are not able to see the changes on frontend then that must be the cache issue only, please try to clear the site and browser cache and check back.

Sorry to say that but we have removed the Ultimate Addons for the Visual Composer plugin from our theme for the last 3+ years, we are not supporting it anymore, and also if you want to use it, you have to purchase it separately and if you will face any issue with the plugin then you have to contact the plugin author.

You can change the logo tag on your site using Custom Code, you have to copy and paste the below given Code in your Child Theme functions.php file and change the tag in it as per your requirements:

Exactly, the above code snippets will only work with the pre-built header types, If you are using the Custom Header builder with template builder then you can use the Custom HTML element and set the logo with HTML code in it as per your requirements.

There is no logo area in your Header customization. Start from logo. So, can not customize it. ?porto_builder=custom-header I think there is big bug for SEO and for your customization. Can you find another solution?

I got the elementor pro, because I want to use the function scroll snap, but the sections done in the slider revolution plugin (that came in the porto bundle) started to take a long time to load, specially the third section. But I found that if I turn the smooth scroll animation, it works perfectly. Where in the Porto them option can I turn that off?

Hi. I can’t change the Theme Colors color to black and neither could change the primary color from blue to orange. I went to change the primary color but it does not do anything. The primary color is set to orange but all the links and styles remains blue even when I change every option available from blue(default) to orange. Please help.

The update from WP dashboard did not work so I uploaded the theme file at wp-content/themes and revslider, js-composer,porto-functionality and porto-vc-addon at wp-content/plugins. However, I keep getting the error:

First of all, please try to update the theme on your site and if you already did it, then please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with the same purchase code.
