Is it possible to get Healthflex to work on PHP8? I’m getting errors when testing in PHP8, and it appears the “Plethora Features Library” is the issue. I’m open to renewing support if you can get it to work.

Healthflex has been tested to comply with the latest version of PHP. In fact, we have tested it with version 8.1 and it worked as expected. Note that, certain warning messages may appear on the console while inspecting, but they are only for reference. In most cases, they are prompting changes planned for a future version of the pre-processor. They don’t affect the site in any aspect.
If you have been receiving error messages, please make sure you have updated the theme (and the requested plugins) to the latest version. Also, ensure the messages are produced by our theme and not a (third-party) plugin. If you continue receiving messages, we recommend contacting us via our support desk and reporting them. We’ll be glad to take a closer look at the implementation and provide a resolution.
If I deactivate all plugins aside from the Plethora Features Library, and switch to the main theme from the child theme, with the theme and plugins to the latest versions, it still throws this error with PHP8: Fatal error: Uncaught ValueError: Unknown format specifier “i” in /home/customer/www/staging2.arborfamily.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/plethora-featureslib/libs/mustache/mustache.php:258

Currently, our theme hasn’t been updated to support GAv4 out of the box. We recommend removing the current tracking code and adding the new one using a third-party plugin like Insert Headers & Footers that allows for adding multiple lines of code.

Did you recently switch to a secured protocol? If you have installed SSL after creating the site it is possible to receive similar errors. There are multiple ways to fix that. One is to download the images that appear to load over HTTP and upload them again in the same location. This way they will load over HTTPS. Another way is to use a plugin like SSL Insecure Content Fixer which will automatically set all page element to load over HTTPS.

Have you recently installed an SSL certificate on your site?
In this case, you need to update the URL address on Dashboard > Settings > General. Locate the two fields WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) and add the correct address.
In particular, the secured address starts with “https” while the plain one is missing the final “s”. Add the correct address on those fields and click on Save changes. Then, visit your website (reload the page). At this point, the overall appearance should have been restored.
When you switch to the secured domain but haven’t changed the URL on the WordPress settings, the CMS can not locate the CSS style sheet that is dynamically produced by the theme, therefore your site loads without any style applying to it!
I used to own this theme, now its not available in my account. The latest version installed is 1.5.7
What do I need to do to NOT purchase again and simply download update?

The latest theme version was made available to all our customers. If you have a valid license, just log into your account and go to the downloads section. If the package is not available in the section then try with another account.
If you have multiple accounts, it is possible the theme was purchased from another account. You need to locate the account you have been using while purchasing the theme.
As far as we know, Envato hasn’t made any changes to the terms and the items remain available to the customers no matter how long ago they made the purchase.

We reviewed the URL address you provided us and we noticed there is a JS error that is not present on our testing installations.
It is possible the error is related to the configuration of your site. Even if you haven’t changed anything after updating the theme, the problem appears to be on your side.
In particular, the slider function is not loaded (and we can assure you, it is present in our theme package on its own file). This can happen if you have activated some kind of accelerator, a caching mechanism, or a hosting-optimization-provided code. Or it’s simply caused by a slow network.
It looks like the JS is not loaded at the time and the slider is not interpreted as one rather than a series of images.

Healthflex is designed to work as a standalone application (based on WordPress). You can extend its functionality with third-party plugins or custom code. We haven’t tested our theme with any mobile app as it is 100% responsive and adapts to any screen size. Moreover, the standard functionality is well served by the current design. If you need to add extra stuff or have a separate version of your site on mobile devices it’s a totally different case. You will need to focus on how to adjust the mobile app to match the site content rather than the opposite. Therefore, any mobile app that has the features you need and can operate with the WordPress database will most possibly work with it.
When will the new release come out? It’s not compatible with the latest version of Wordpress. “I get a There has been a critical error on this website.” error.

First of all, you don’t need to create a separate file in order to add RTL support. You only need to use the supported custom CSS (on the reference post we provided you on the previous response). You can add it either on the native field of WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or on the special field in theme options Dashboard > Theme Options > Advanced > Scripts & Styles > Custom CSS. Don’t forget to click on Publish (first case) or click on Save changes (to make sure the CSS will apply).

The particular templates require a custom approach we currently don’t have available. The style of the theme is the result of a composition of files. The style.css file imports the style from a number of files in the /includes/ directory. It also uses a customized version of bootstrap. However, we wouldn’t recommend making your CSS customization directly on the theme’s files. For better results, add your rules to the corresponding field on the Theme Options or use the WordPress Customizer.

Information on the dashboard after upgrading to WordPress 5.9 I have checked plugins, I have everything updated and clearly I have found that the problem is caused by the theme, because when changing theme it is removed.
I am also using PHP 7.4 but the theme should be compatible with PHP 8.1 and the latest WordPress 5.9.

The colors of the theme are configured globally on the Theme Options > Genral > Basic Colors & Sets. The Header Menu has it’s own color configuration on Theme Options > Header > Main Section > Header Color Set.
Moreover, you can apply custom colours on the background and in particular elements in most sections of any page that is built with WPBakery Page Builder.

There seem to be an issue with the header for the contact page. It is showing an oops error. Error message- “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”

You need to have a valid Google Maps plan in order for the maps to work. In particular, log in to https://developers.google.com/maps and purchase a plan. Then get the API key and add it to the Dashboard > Theme Options > Add Ons & Modules > Google Maps API key field and Save changes. At this point, if you visit the contact page, the map should appear as expected.

Parallax don’t work on my local xampp server, PHP 8.0.13, WP 5.8.2, Healthflex 2.4.0. Image is not visible. It seems there is a problem with missing JS.

We tested the latest version of Healthflex (2.4.0) on a similar environment (WAMP 64bit, Apache 2.4.46, PHP 7.4.9, WordPress 5.8.2) and parallax worked as expected. The same in a Linux localhost with PHP version 7.4 and 2.4.5 and again, parallax worked great. We recommend testing our theme in another hosting environment (a mainstream online host, if possible) and let us know if the parallax effect is working or not.
