Hello, you can include easily those sources in the release pages, not a problem. But they can only play from that specific page, not in the global player, since they can’t allow to access to the direct audio file.

So, using an mp3, is the best option for an optimal user experience.

1. Not sure what you mean as one page. Technically when you click to open a podcast that’s another page… You can build the page in Elementary.

2. Yes you can embed the player using iframes, no problem. SoundCloud and mixcloud are embedded automatically. Other services can be embedded pasting the iframe code manually in the page.

3. There is no light demo but you can change any color in the theme, not a problem.

Hi, if you had a critical error it means you had the previous version of the Vice Elementor Widgets plugin, since an update is required for Elementor 3.6

After uninstalling and reinstalling you basically did an update of the plugins, but it was not required. You could have simply updated the plugins following the proper procedure indicated at this ink

You just did an unnecessary step by uninstalling the plugins, but it was not required

There’s only one way to update the theme’s plugins. That procedure was followed. If you clear your cache on the txt file you’ll see the updated note on the change log.

Now that we can rule out that updating the plugin is the issue, any other theories?

And, expired support license or not, I’m using this for a client project. I’m also using Pro.Radio for another client. If there’s going to be lost functionality – outside of user error – with plugins and theme updates …

Hi, please uninstall every plugin, all of them. Make very sure no plugins are active Then make sure you’re using Php 7.3 or 7.4

Hello and good morning, I’m sorry for the late answer but on Saturday we are not usually open. I’m glad you finally managed to fix the issue. I’m aware of this problem happening sometimes on Envato, anyhow it seems that this payment method is the only one available to purchase on the marketplace.

A quick solution (unavailable on Saturday but…) would also have been making some cheap prepaid card on any bank or usually they also make them at the post office.

That one costs normally not more than 5€ and can be used for paypal without problems.

I know you already completed the procedure, anyhow I hope this can be useful for some future customer.

I understand what you mean but changing a main component of the theme is a massive operation with many risks so is not worth changing it for a single customer opinion, I hope we can find some alternative solution in the next updates.

Ok i see… If you’re adding links to internal IDs they can’t work while ajax is enabled because it is intercepting the clicks, so they can’t work along with the ajax loading.

Found the problem, the custom rule on Cloudflare was created with http protocol instead of https. Manually changed the role and cache is correctly working now

please make sure that force https is not ON on the cloudflare settings, that may give similar problems
