Can we turn off the Live Page Builder feature? Then utilize the Flatsome block in the classic editor?

There is no option to remove UX Builder since it’s a part of Flatsome. But you don’t have to use it. Also, you can use UX Blocks in the classic editor with their shortcodes.
There is a theme bug. When scroll id and slider on one page the scroll id not scrolling correctly. When will you fix it? Thank you

That button is generated by WooCommerce. You can override the “woocommerce_widget_shopping_cart_button_view_cart” function in the functions.php file of your child theme for a different implementation.

This issue is about WooCommerce, not Flatsome. You could achieve that with a WooCommerce extension. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.

does the search form on top menu bar area generate slow query when there are hundreds of blogs with lots of excel tabel row’s information? we can not figure out why our sites took much of cloud server CPU cores usage….. if this is the reason, can we disable the search form to quote any content from blog post? but this search form can quote the info from pages/products, no problem. thanks for quick support…..
if the site becomes TOO BIG and Data grows HUGE, can give us the CSS code for search form just to search from products or pages? not from post? I personally feel our. sites generated many slow queries and too much from CPU. because of this search issue?

We have purchased Flatsome theme a couple of years back and it stopped updating inside Wordpress.
I have tried to register the purchase key on your website but can’t seem to manage this with envato/flatsome accounts.
We don’t have the envato account that was used to purchase the theme anymore, just the purchase code from within Wordpress.
How to proceed to update our theme?

This issue could be due to plugin conflict or cache. Please deactivate all plugins, switch to the parent theme, clear the cache and check again.
Dear, I have 1 presale question. I have a shop with 5 main categories and each main category has 30-50 subcategories. Its a medical bookstore. I need to put these categories in the menu like this Categories > Main Categories > Subcategories. Is that possible with this theme as I couldn’t find any menu element with so many subcategories. When I put 50 subcategories in a menu, does it show a scrollbar because it becomes too long?

Regardless of any theme, it would be better to use a plugin like Ubermenu for such high content menus. Flatsome is compatible with Ubermenu.
