Hello, I have a critical error on the site and the problem comes from Elementor. While for 2 years everything has been fine. What can I do, the theme and plugins are up to date. Are you familiar with this problem?

I tested with a basic theme and Elementor and I didn’t encounter the critical error, so the problem comes from your theme. I no longer have valid support since the theme has been working for 2 years, can you help me? Do you have an email?
You need to open a ticket with support here. https://support.zoutula.com it requires active support. Also you could try to update the bundled plugins with what we have on Themeforest. If that does not fix the issue you will need to open a ticket.
We purchased your theme 2 years ago. The last time this theme was updated was almost a year ago. Are you still maintaining this site?
Hey! Yes! But not so many security updates within the bundled themes to make us do the update. Also all bundled plugins/theme itself is quite stable. Thanks! An update will come in the near future.

That builder WPBakery is for non technical persons … is a visual builder like Elementor. Ofcourse you can also use Elementor but the demo content that comes with the theme is already built with WPBakery. Thanks!

I just updated to the latest version of the theme, 3.1.16, which is supposed to update WP Bakery, Slider Revolution, and Essential Grid to their latest versions, but the update did nothing. Those are still at earlier versions. I do not see anywhere in the WP admin where I can update the plugins with your theme updater. Please let me know how to update those plugins to their latest versions.

You should look to validate the theme itself like this url:http://www.zoutula.com/themes/enfant-school/ but even so there are some warnings and errors that come from bundled plugins … so they can be fixed only by their respective creators. Could you help us with:
1. How to change predefined URL for Courses or Stuff etc. We wanna change that for other language.
2. How to change appearance of blog posts, so we have only big first letter in sentence or tittle. Now, for example, on home page, trough Essential grid, display for titles and excerpt big first letter for every word. We wanna to change so only first letter of tittle or sentence to be big.
