Just purchased this theme. Revolution Slider has crapped out and throwing an error – https://snipboard.io/6vHaCq.jpg. Went to you Support area and logged in (have purchased other themes for you) but Reina is not showing as a theme for me to select under “Supported Items”. Need to get this fixed sooner than later. Can you fix the Support area so I can select this theme or communicate with me via email to resolve? Thanks!

Hey guys, I can’t import demo as I can’t activate the Theme it just freezes on Please wait…. I’ve submitted a request on your website but no response at all…
Tried to import via WordPress Importer but it doesn’t do anything and returns 500.html page (404)
I’ve bumped up the server resources so it should be more than enough to import, but still it doesn’t work
I need to fix it asap as the client is waiting for the site.

Hi, this theme has free bundled of WPBakery? I usually don’t like Elementor as main builder.
Also would it possible to deploy pre-made templates without using Elementor? like homepages?

Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. Do note though that WPBakery is not included as a bundled plugin within our theme so if you intend to use it you will need to purchase the plugin separately as well as built the content on your side.

I filtered this Theme by “Wp Bakery”. When i installed the Demo-Content it is all in Elementor.
Where is the WP Bakery Version?
If there should not be a WP Bakery Version then please do not list your Theme as “Compatible” with WP Bakery because basicly everything is compatible with WP-Bakery.
If you List your Theme under WP-Bakery it makes me think as a customer that the demo content will be available for WP Bakery of course …

You can use video backgrounds with Reina theme. The slider on homepage is created using the Slider Revolution plugin which is included as bundled plugin with the theme and it allows using video backgrounds (you can find more info here).

I love the theme and gave you all a 5 star rating, but the Revolution Slider did not import with the proper settings. Every slider is off, and the solution offered was links to tutorials to recreate a slider from scratch. I am hoping that you can send the settings used when you created the theme. Plus, you have my WP-admin to make the corrections, and I will even pay a service charge because I purchased the theme for the convenience of not having to create anything from scratch.
