I’ve been trying to open a ticket for item support, but apparently it says it had “Expired”, I bought it since only 10 days!!! it says it had expired in the theme-fusion website, please respond soon, i need to finish this asap.

If you do see your support expired then you probably have not updated it via the support account. Please login to your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Once you are logged in your account, click on the register purchase code tab. Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/JOD0Gs3pbsym Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see the option to “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now!”, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/ugqRoq2wyXj_
Click on this and it should update your account

There seems to be a bug with the Post Card Carousel – the navigation margin option doesn’t appear to work. I want to add some space between the Post Card content and the navigation arrows but nothing works. Also, the initial scroll is also odd as it scrolls the entire row before it settles down and moves as instructed i.e. I want one item at a time and not all 4 items in the column. Is this a known issue?

The Avada theme has been injected with some type of virus that keeps creating a user account in wordpress which is then logged in from singapore. I need to reinstall Avada because of this. Can I just install over top of the current install to overwrite the existing theme files? I’ve activated another theme and the problem goes away so it is not any plugins. It’s the avada theme.

We take security very seriously. We haven’t received any reports of this sort and the theme is being used by nearly a million users without any issues. The issue will likely be due to something else e.g. a compromised 3rd party plugin or WP / FTP account. For now, I’d recommend changing all WP + FTP + WP database passwords as well as disabling any WordPress accounts you do not recognize.

Is there a way to display an external site within a modal element without using an iframe?

In Instagram Element, If we increase the Number Of Posts from 10 to any other higher number like 12 or 16, then we loose the Image Link of Instagram Image Post.

Hi… I have something in mind… Can I build a custom form(maybe wpforms) to create a prebuild post or page with custom url, and then give the user some option to pay for that custom url if he likes?? something like Live-Preview

I am afraid that is not an option to create a custom page or post via forms and add a payment option to that, this will require customisation into the Avada itself or a 3rd party plugin that offers something similar.

hello, i have a token and i tried to insert it into registration tab. It says that i need a purchase code. How can i retrieve the purchase code from the token? i am not the first buyer of the theme and i have no contacts with the first buyer. Kind regards

I am afraid we do not have any access to your Envato account and will not be able to provide you with the purchase code, it can only be viewed by downloading it from the user account, if you do not have access to it, we suggest you to please get in touch with the person who purchased Avada and communicate with them further, another option is to purchase your own license and then replace the purchase code there.

Avada does work with rank math (breadcrumbs and image site map support). However content analysis from rank math will not work as they don’t support shortcode extraction for Page Builders.
