another is very important issues which is Mini Cart. In our side Mini Cart is always loading and when i used another side cart plugin then this problem is solved. But when i try to check your Demo in the kproxy.com then i’ve seen this same issues on your Demo them. This seems to be the cache issue only, if you are using any cache plugin or server cache then please remove the cart fragment from them or remove the cache plugins for a while and check back, I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

Hey. I have problems with blocks. I have Porto vers. 6.3.1.
I have my website in two languages: Estonian(primary) and English. After update from Porto vers. 5 to 6, all my English blocks are gone, only Estonians left. How I can get these back ? In your support page you wrote that we don’t need to worrie, everything is safe. If i open the English block url, then it gives 404 error.

Not for the specific products but you can do it generally for all the products, you can show/hide the “Price” “Reviews” “Add to Cart” & “Read More” buttons using the Catalog Mode, under Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Catalog Mode: https://postimg.cc/1f6jB7G8

You can use the template builder and create your own template for the Shop/Category Archive Builder or for the Single Product Builder and use any of the element to show or not show as per your requirements:
For the single product page, you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single Product and create your own layout with the specific elements as per your requirements and then set the condition for it: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/custom-product-layout/
For the Shop/Category Archive builder, First you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Type and create the new Post type from there, set it as Products and add the content like only image and product title as per your requirements: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/type-builder-elements/ and after that you can use that layout in Porto >> Template Builder >> Archive by creating the new Archive page and use it as for the Shop page: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-post-grid-widget/

Hi there. We are quoting for a new website, but have hit an issue. They have a page with Tabs (easy), but on one of these tabs are images that go to Recipe pages. When you click the image, a popup appears asking for Name and Email, and when submitted, they are directed to that page.
Is there anything in Porto that can perform this task please? Thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply. How would the lightbox help? We need it so when they get a popup it contains a form (like WP Forms),and on submission, they are then directed to the page.

Tabs are easy. I know how to do that. It’s how we can click on an image, that generates the popup form. We are going to bypass that for now a I think, as doesn’t seem an inbuilt way to do it with WPB.

Hey, back with yet another question. In Template Builder, i have a file “Product Bottom” that contain short codes to [porto_widget_woo_products] to display four columns with product lists, such as best seller, latest etc.
However, that porto widget short code load the full size images, any way to have it draw the thumbnails, preferably 150×150.

Those blocks works and display images, however, the loaded image is the fullsize uploded image, not a resized thumbnail nor the webp version

It might try to use “Widget-thumb-medium (85×85)”, not sure, but the rendered area in html is 85×85, however I don’t generate those thumbnail, only generate 150 300 and 600 images, might be that?
Either or, is there a way to chose what thumbnail to show?

2. You have to change that word in language translation files, you can check it under WooCommerce theme language files and you can use the Loco translate plugin for it.

No, this is not possible for now, it shows every time when the page refreshes, so this is the default functionality of the element, and there is no such option to change it, we will consider your idea as a feature request and will try to implement in our theme with the upcoming updates of the theme.

Hello Please help I’m running WCFM Multivendor marketplace plugin and from vendor dashboard they get the following error “DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-enquiry – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1”
Everything works fine but that option, customers can ask questions in that inquiry tab from single product page, but vendors when checking the inquiry board in when they get said error

Actually, In our theme there is an option to show the category title below the category image. Simply go to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive there you will see the option check image: https://postimg.cc/n9B3mQhF
And for the products you will able to choose it from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive: https://postimg.cc/bZwcGQgW
And you can choose the settings from the elements options as well which you are using on your site home or other pages as per your requirements.
