Hi there, just a quick question, How do I access changing the brand logos? it’s not under attributes.
It is there , just make sure the variation swatches plugin is active and brands attribute is set to image type
All is enabled, I created an attribute with image selected, just can’t see the sample logo images in the brand image attribute, no place to update the brand logo images. Basically I want to find the brand logos existing on the sample. Development is on a local drive before we transfer it over to the live server. Do you not have explicit instructions on how to create and add the brand logos?
The once i wrote are the only, i think you just missing something in the process
Okay please just write step by step on how to add a logo. e.g. 1) create a product, 2) create attributes….e.t.c. This is one of the main reasons/features as to why we bought the template.
Maybe if you could take me to the 3M or Duo Fast company logo for instance, guide me there, I’ll figure out the rest.
From products >> attributes >> brans >> don’t go into it, but click on small edit set the brands type as image. Next go into individual brands and set images

the “shop by brand” mega menu option is not working properly. it only adds this query to the exisiting url ”?filter_brand=brand-name ” . however, if im on the home page orany page that is not the main shop catalog, it doesnt work.
how i i get it to be a fixed url like www_mysite_com/shop/?filter_brand=brand-name?
2)I am having problem with the brand image not showing on product page.
the variations swatches plugin is active, and the brand attribute type is set to image but it’s still not showing the brand image, only text.
3) how do i make the brand name clickable to show all products from this brand?
4) how do i change “default sorting” it seems to be in alphabetical order, i would like it to be sorted by latest products first by default….

Hi, for 1-3 all should work as you describe, so i will need to see the link with logins, send to enovathemes@gmail.com for inspection
The sort order is set from appearance >> customize >> woocommerce
To set featured product you just need to mark it as featured , here you can find the instructions https://quadlayers.com/set-featured-products-in-woocommerce/

Hi, not sure i understood you right, but the file you highlight is the placeholder svg for images, and theme use file_get_content function for some elements to load the placeholder
I know what placeholder is. Why theme generates 40000 request of this file per day? I need to cut somewho this request…

I’m not sure, but that sounds correct. So the email address set up/mail chimp set up I guess to receive the mails from. Clients, how do I go about it?
If that is the mailchimp widget to subscribe it does not go to the email address but into your mailchimp account list. If you have one. If you want just to get emails you should change the widget to contact form
