sorry, but what support is this? 5 days without getting an answer for two basic questions in which it is evident that there is an inefficiency on the theme. The black logo which in the Template White version is ok, but in the Normal Template version (therefore black) continues to appear black. 5 days with no response in your desk, never happened with any topic.

Hello novatronicus, nothing is truly free, the only free cheese is in the mousetrap. We are not providing free/nulled versions of Toka theme. When downloading for free, remember that scammers can steal your data. They usually share nulled themes for a scam reason. This is exactly the same like hacked games and apps with trojans and hidden adwares. After all, for some reason they hack it and publish items for everyone? $59 is no reason to put yourself in trouble and worry about the consequences.

Hi I bought the theme and there are some critical issues that am facing. A script is blocking all pop ups on my website and i have messaged you 2 days ago and no reply Can you please check my messages and help me solve the issue as i need to stop all what am doing as most of the things i need will depend on pop ups and they are all blocked

No question has been answered. If you can’t assist me, please issue me a refund as i can’t waste my money and time on something that doesn’t work Below are the issues am facing
1. All pop ups on my website has been blocked. Not even a single pop up is working and this is due to the coding of the theme. The pop is very crucial for me so if this problem can’t be solved, then i don’t need the theme for anything
2. The drop down menu doesn’t show up under the services. It only shows up once logged in but if you use another browser, it disappears which is all linked to the pop up issue
3. The Breadcrumb on the blog page has disappeared. I have done all i can but no success and the dark background on the blog pages is also no where to be found
I will wait for 72 hours and if i don’t hear from you, i will message Themeforest for refund or dispute the payment with my bank as i can’t waste my time and $59 for nothing
Also, don’t reply here claiming it is answered whereas the answer you provided added no value to my problem because the problem am facing is still there
Hello, Grrat! As I answered in the ticket please check settings of third-party plugins on your project, especially for performance. This is the key to your issue, not the theme part because the theme works perfectly on hundreds of websites. We can still try to fix your issue if you provide more details. In case you need a refund – just check the Refund Policy and make a refund request. I give you the refund.
