Hello,
In Woocommerce, I have configured to show subcategories and products. But all products are directly placed after the categories, not even a new line: https://i.imgur.com/roZl6An.jpg
Any idea how I can separate the categories and products? If possible with a Porto divider. By the way, I tried the template builder and that works, but then I need to create a template for every single category because I need to manually select the categories to show so that doesn’t seem to be the solution.

I am sorry but Porto provides the template builder functionality, with which you are already familier, using template builder you can easily create the Archive page as per your requirements and set the different rows as well as per your requirements. And you can set the condition for that layout to show for all the categories as well, but you want to show the manually selected categories and for that you have to create the seperate layout for every single one, this is the only possible way. Otherwise this requires Customization.

Thank you for your reply. It’s not that I want to select the categories manually. Is there a way to show the corresponding subcategories for every category? If I select “Product categories” and I don’t select a specifc category, it shows all categories, even on subcategory pages. Thanks again!

That is actually the Gutenberg editor and will work by default with Post Type under Porto >> Template Builder.

Hi! After update I followed your 6.0. migration guide – I deactivated Porto Shortocodes, Content Type and Widgets. After it I activated Porto functionality but all my Block dissapeared ( I use 35 blocks acrros my website ). So I put all mentioned plugins into previous status and now I can´t edit these blocks because I got 404 error or can´t even open editing page. How should I migrate all block into Porto functionality so I can edit them in the future? Thank you

If you read our 6.0 update guide here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/faq/6-0-migration-guide/ you will find we have shifted the blocks under Porto >> Template Builder.
So you have to look there, and if you will not be able to find the blocks there as well then it means you have not migrated/updated the theme properly.

Hello again. So Im ready to rebuild all my block from using Porto functions plugin. Is there any way how to edit shortcode created when making block in new way? Before it was possible to create own slug for ex. [porto_block name=”XXX”] but not it seem to be automaticaly assigned by article number for ex. [porto_block name=”3265”] . How can I edit this shortcode ID number so I can display old content whithin newly created block? Previously used block slugs are still accross our website so I can just create them and give them same slug as before. Thank you

Again you are trying to merge the old content with the new one and as I told above already this is not possible now as we have changed the designed of the theme as well, You can simply copy the new block shortcode with ID and use it anywhere on your site as per your requirements.

Hi! Thanks for the last big update. Honestly speaking, I faced 2 issues:
1. Portfolio slug. I have /blog/ postname / in Permalink Settings, so I’m getting _site.com/blog/portfolio/ which is not really good. Do you have some code/option to manage portfolio slug, separate from the main rewrite rule and make it _site.com/portfolio/ ?
2. 404 Links Block is not working. I set in Theme Options > 404 Error the slug “404” of the created block _site.com/?porto_builder=404 , but it doesn`t show it. Any suggestions?

Yeah that is the issue, if you choose the permalinks as site.com/blog/ then it will show like site.com/blog/portfolio and that is normal, this is the default WordPress behavior, our theme does not have any influence on it. If you do not want to show the blog then you have to remove it from the permalinks.

Let me try to explain it to you, when you save any changes from theme options, it rewrite those changes to the porto-styles folder files which are responsible for the site CSS to work. So sometimes because of file permission issue, sometimes server cache issue, sometimes site cache plugins issues, sometimes because of any server restriction issues, sometimes third party plugin confliction issue, that could be any reason from the above ones, the files under porto-styles folder does not update with the new changes from theme options, so that is why in that case, we recommended to delete that folder of porto-styles and then click on save changes button again from the theme options, so that it will create the same new folder with same files again at the same place but with new changes from the theme options.

Yes, you can use the Polylang plugin for translating and using your site in multilanguage with the renewable-energy demo.
Unfortunately, that Demo is the very latest version, we have included in our theme, so you have to update the theme to the very latest version, if you want to Import that Demo, OR you have to purchase the new license and then Install the very latest version of the theme.

Hello, I use Porto on multiple sites but this one particular site doesn’t show options in the /wp-admin/customize.php section on the frontend. In the backend, I only see “Theme options” which brings me to the Porto backend “Theme Options”. But on my other sites, clicking “Theme options” brings me to /wp-admin/customize.php.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.
And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

In the theme options you have “Show Saved Sale Price Percentage” which is the label on the product thumbnails which shows if something is for e.g. 10% sale. The problem is that for variable products that have different prices you are showing the minimum discount not the maximum. How can we fix this?
