Hi team! I think this issue is related with latest versions of your theme because my live still has an older version and its fine…

Product addons are duplcuated: https://prnt.sc/i_Os-cg4Xmti even If I activate the option to show addons that I specifically create for the product. Can you please help me understand what is causing this?

Thank you

Hi,

It’s pretty strange, the last time when we made source code changes everything seemed to worked properly. Did you made some changes?

Hi! I have two suggestions related with this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7g6ilFVRSleS 1. is it possible to make lik brak on products with longer titles? 2. can you make the X shadow off the “box”? At the moment the grey circle is hidden by the top right corner

thank you

Hi,

Sure, we will check that corner overlapping. As for the product title width, we can provide a custom CSS to wrap the strings, so that the full title will be visible.

Sorry i have one more question: How can I change this main theme black color: https://prnt.sc/Qxdfnt1m62Kl Is there any theme setting or only with css? If it’s only possible to css can you give me any hint?

Thank you

Hi,

Sure, we can help you with that. Navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS from your WordPress admin panel and use the code below: .woo-c_checkout .tabNav_link.active .tabNav_link_stage { background: #457856; }

Feel free to change the #457856 color value with your own one using CSS color units.

I would kindly ask you to contact our help center with all your further support inquiries.

Hello, In the new qty button on product page, it’s very fast to increase quantity. On cart page it takes too long and also it doesn’t allow to manualy type a number: https://www.loom.com/share/57f54796b2364a7b98bc2874025619cd

Maybe that’s someting you would like to review. Customers could just adjust the amount and click on the update cart button to trigger the new calc or the “go to checkout” button should do that automatically before adding to checkout.

Hi again,

We’ve added an option to enable/disable cart quantity recounting without refreshing the page to the Theme Settings so that you will be able to increase the quantity without automatic refreshing the page:
https://prnt.sc/ASYCPB6X9GUc

P.S. We’ve already enabled and tested the option on your stage site.

Hi! I see, that’s awesome! I just thing the switch is inverted, so the description “enable product quantity recounting without refreshing the page” means that the switch needs to be active to enable the functionality. At the moment it works if the switch is inactive.

Thanks for reporting, already fixed that on your stage as well.

Hello, The billing country input desappeared after last update: https://prnt.sc/uwhF6U1wmgOH

Can you please check? Also, if you fix it, maybe you would like to consider a search on the dropdown to facilitate the checkout process for clients…

Thank you

Considering to purchase… but noticed that for mobile, after clicking the ‘Filter’ button, it just showed a slide out box with no working functions for all the dropdown (isnt working on mobile?). All other filter by prices, sort by colors are just appearing at the bottom of page after all product listings. Shouldn’t they appear in the slide out box after clicking the ‘Filter’ button on mobile?

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out and notifying us.

We’ve already fixed the issue and the filters should work properly now (check the site in the Incognito Window to see changes):
https://prnt.sc/xFqVVcTuqyCP

As for the other filters, they are located in the sidebar and its going after the content on mobile devices.

Hello,

I want to switch my current multi-step checkout to a one-page checkout, but unfortunatly, i don’t have the one-page checkout template.

Is it possible to get this? I do have a purchase code but cannot open a ticket since my support ended after 6 months.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

We are going to add a built-in option to set a one page checkout. So just wait till the next theme’s update.

Hello, thanks for the response.

For a client, i need the one-page-checkout rather quickly. In previous comments with the same question, the customer received a child-theme via mail. Can this be sent to mine also?

Thanks in advance!

Hi. Have been really happy with the theme for many years, and have updated a client site to the current version, and have noticed that the hero header isn’t set up quite right for posts and since this is an update it would be too labor intensive to go back through existing posts to adjust the top and bottom padding for each individual post.

We would like to set a default size of 140 (top) and 80 (bottom) and don’t see a way to set a default in theme settings (something for the todo list?). Is there a statement we can add to the child theme CSS to accomplish this? It would be also very handy to be able to change the top and bottom padding for posts and pages in the theme settings. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

While editing dynamic text of titles, if a custom font is set, the second time the module is edited and saved to preview, the font resets to poppins…

Please check that also. Thank you

Hello,

i was trying to use the “Simple Sale Countdown” (https://bit.ly/3zGdj0N) with your theme since by law we should clearly state when the promotion ends, but the counter doesn’t show up in the product page. Maybe there’s a hook missing, I don’t know?

Could you please investigate? It would be awesome if you could make this plugin compatible with your theme…

Let me know if you need the plugin for tests…

Thank you

I suggest the counter to show in one of these places: https://imgur.com/RgsnzsN

Hi, I’m getting crazy about Your “Elegant store” demo. I imported it and everithing looks fine on both destop view and mobile (portrait view). Unfortunately on mobile & tablet (LANDSCAPE view) some blocks come attached one to the other (I took some screenshot to show better what I mean). I tested on Your demo page and the trouble is the same.

Hello ! Pre sales question: Is it possible to have a product carousel within a tab section? This is a key requirement for my client, but I don’t see this combination in your demos.

Regards

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, WPBakery doesn’t allow to make that. You can place products in a tab/carousel separately only.

That’s not entirely true, I’ve already done this with other themes with WPBackery. What a pity! My client liked this theme a lot. Thanks anyway.

Hi! I was trying to use woocommerce min/max quantities but noticed your theme has a compatibility issue with this plugin…

I opened a ticket with engineers from Automattic and got this answer:

Thanks for the details. We managed to log into your site for a closer look.

The settings on your test site appear as expected, but as you pointed out in your second-last reply, the error notification on your products are slightly different from what a default WooCommerce setup is expected to look like.

To see if that is where the error lies, I installed Check Conflicts on your staging site and, without making any changes, just swapped your Stockie-child theme for Storefront Theme.

Here’s a screencast showing that your settings work in that environment; a warning message is displayed when the rules are not met, and after the rules are met, the notification is gone. This is true for both on the product itself and on the cart page:

https://d.pr/i/xQxX4v

Having tested that the settings do in fact work, if we switch back to your Stockie-child theme, we see that there appears to be a check on the input field which evaluates the rule incorrectly and prevents further action:

https://d.pr/i/Oig0W9

However, the rules appears to function properly on the cart page.

Below is a screenshot that was taken immediately after my screencast test above, when I already had these items in the cart. Changing the quantities here produces the subtle error notices you see at the bottom of this screenshot, while still allowing the quantities to be changed. This is how it should work on your single product pages as well, but it does not.

https://d.pr/i/twpZWJ

Based on the above, unless you have custom coding that evaluates the quantity inputs, it appears that the issue lies with your currently-active theme, Stockie or Stockie-child. As I’m not familiar with this theme, it’s possible that there are settings within it that will allow you to disable how it evaluates rules for the stock quantity fields. Otherwise, we suggest reaching out to this theme’s developer to describe the issue and ask for their recommended solution.

Failing that, you recently bought Min/Max Quantities, so you’re still within the 30-day refund window. That means you can leverage our 30-day refund policy. If you feel this product isn’t compatible with your current site setup, follow this link for more details on our refund policy.

I trust that points you in the right direction. If you have more questions, do let us know.

Can you please investigate in order to make this plugin work with your theme?

Thank you

Hi, Thank you very much! Is this fixed in the update you just released? Thank you

One more question: in this version the product quantity box changes to the left side of the “add to cart” button?

We’ve added the fix to the child theme. Moving the switcher to the Add to Cart button – is the only way to make the same functionality as the standard theme has:

Hi, I was trying to use custom fonts in headings, but unfortunately the google fonts list is outdated… On page editing with WPBakery > Stockie Headings > Typography: when I activate the custom fonts flag, the available google fonts are just 2 (Rubik and DM Sans). Here a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/oEBlhyg

Please update, thank You

Did you reinstall the plugin using Appearance > Install Plugins menu?

Hi, no, previously I was installing from Envato. Now I’ve installed from Appearance > Install Plugins and it’s working ! Tks & Regards

Glad to hear that!

Hi again, I would like to know how exactly stockie deals with this checkout section that deals with privacy information + terms and conditions acceptance.

On woocommerce settings under “customize” section, the content seems to be overwriting this, take a look:

Your theme: https://i.imgur.com/fLETwV5.png Storefront theme: https://i.imgur.com/I7g8s7t.png

Can you help me with this? I would like to edit the content on the checkbox and rewrite it in order to clearly specify the acceptance for terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Look forward for your feedback. thank you

Sure, we will add that to the theme’s update as well.

Hi, I tried a lot o plugin to hide prices and disable the add to basket button, but none is fully working with Your theme. Expecially the text label “qty” can’t be disabled (only by CSS can be).

Can You please ask the them to add the “Catalog mode only” for the theme? Many other themes have this useful function.

Thank You
