Does this theme support watermarks on the products? Like freepik. Because literally anybody can download the images/videos by commanding CTRL+RIGHT Click.

Pre-sales question: Can the “welcome free” option be a single item purchase instead and each item has a price tag or credit value. My target market isn’t only for those that might be interested in multiple items per time. Some just need one perfect photo or video for their work

For “Welcome free” option for single item you can create specific listing type. Create listings according to that listing type. Give option to the listing type for “welcome free” and create other listings with other purchase options for other items. This theme work for Photos and video.

Can the theme be used as directory listings like your Brikk theme? So many elements here would be nice to have on Brikk, like the menu style, the login popup display, the search feature and functionality, etc. thanks.

Brikk theme is for bookings. Heilz theme is for the download and purchase. The heilz is for photos and videos download and purchase process. The brikk theme has the different functionality. Login popups and search features are also in heilz theme.

It’s impossible the communication with yor tickets system. We have 3 days for each answer sometimes.
1.-Now we have installed the update and the gaps of the images doesn’t exits, when you try ti drop down the menu the color has changes, when you dropdown the plans from a listing to select a plan the photo preview are over the plans and you cant select. We dont have the chance to put this ina ticket because you only permit one ticket at time.
2.-suscriptions fillfullment. When you try to boy a suscription from the page of plans it go top checkout , not to create a account. The user pay but he doesnt know his password When you select the suscription fron the listing full cover it go to create a account but it no go to checkout, and the user needs to select again tha plan to go at checkout.
The client give us 10 days to put this online without these problems , if not, they demand us. We need solve more tickets at time. These issues are very important.

Hey, have you updated you google sign in method? Im having issues with the google sign in and i think this might be the reason:

“You have created a new client application that uses libraries for user authentication or authorization that will soon be deprecated. New clients must use the new libraries instead; existing clients must also migrate before these libraries are deprecated. See the [Migration Guide](https://developers.google.com/identity/gsi/web/guides/gis-migration) for more information.”
My client is new, and cant use the old libraries that is in use with the theme so they need to update the theme to use the new api’s from google.
“Important: if your app uses apis.google.com/js/platform.js to display the default Google Sign-In button, or apis.google.com/js/api:client.js to create a custom Google Sign-In button, follow Migrating from Google Sign-In.”

Hi there, we are experiencing the following issues with the theme: 1. Messages are not sending / shower my in dashboards. When a user messages amother user, a notification appears in receivers profile however no messages show? Please assist? 2. Certain pages such as home page are formatting incorrectly on mobile. The mobile version makes all content from site too close to the left side of the page and the page also loves from left to right (unlike the Demo where it is fixed on proportion) 3. 1. For the messages issue, you need to share your admin details in the support ticket then we can fix it. 2. We working on formatting issue in next updates. 3. The images are saved in media section you can check in dashboard>media->library 4. For Collection tags as a slider you can try in elementor if it gives you an option for tags as slider.
